Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sveti Stefan Beach

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. **Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Ljiljana was in contact with us until our arrival and provided clear information. Although we arrived early, it was convenient. We had no problems during our stay. The location was quite good and the terrace view was extraordinary. The sea in front of us was a little cold, maybe it was because of the time of year. In general, we preferred Horizonti beach because the sea is warmer. It was an accommodation that we were definitely satisfied with due to its own parking lot for the vehicle, being intertwined with nature, being 15 minutes from the center of Budva, being a stone house, being cool during the day and warm at night, and having a wonderful view. I would recommend it to everyone.

Although we stayed for a short time, I felt like I was at home. I woke up with a perfect sunrise. Mr. Sedat responded quickly to all our requests throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for everything

This is a wonderful apartment, very bright and clean, located on the top floor. it’s have everything you need for life: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, dishes, cleaning products and much more. A wonderful view from all the windows of the sea. The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the evenings it was sometimes little noisy in the restaurants on the beach , but the noise always stopped after 23. Mags and Milos were very kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There was a nice gift - wine and lots of snacks in the refrigerator :) We recommend these apartments to you

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

What can I say, this place is just stunning! Beautiful little slice of heaven right on the water. Great to have our own private patio as well as the gorgeous shared pool and roof terrace which was all kept so clean and tidy. The location was ideal for us as we hired a car, but such a lovely walk along the path right into Kotor town. Delicious local restaurants a short walk away and a handy shop next door. We organised a boat tour through the company too and it was fantastic. One to do for sure. All in all an incredible stay and can’t wait to visit again.

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

We so much enjoyed our stay at Marko’s garden apartment ! It is a fantastic location, quiet, surrounded by nature, beautiful view, it gives a private feel though it is in fact close to Marko’s home, which is useful as he is always available for questions, help and tips. Specifically those tips are so valuable: if you have a map and you think you know where to go: don’t: ask Marko for tips first, you will be glad you did. He is very knowledgable about the place and in fact about the whole of Montenegro. As said the apartment and location are lovely, but the greatest asset of the place is Marko himself. He is the most friendly nd best host ever, he cares for his guests and their wellbeing, helps where and whenever he can (he carried our heavy bags up the stairs to the cottage, he helped us instantly when we had a minor medical problem, and he provided us with advice and tips). Skadar Lake is beautiful and Virpazar is a nice tiny place. We absolutely recommend Prevalis and Marko !!!

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.
