We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Staying at APP MamaRoza was wonderful. The outdoor garden and kitchen with BBQ are gold. Elvis was always available to give us advice. The puppy was well received as well.

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay at their place.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Zadar. The location is perfect—Sukošan is a beautiful and peaceful place, especially outside the busy season. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and just a short walk from the sea. We really enjoyed the beach—it’s perfect for sunbathing or a relaxing stroll. Our host, the lovely Marina, and her family were absolutely amazing. Marina was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our messages, and very thoughtful—she even offered us a late check-out before we had the chance to ask. She was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And we can’t forget her adorable dog, Alex—such a cutie! We’d definitely recommend Marina’s place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are at the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Unique accommodation, located in a highly quiet, beautiful area, where you can breathe clean air and serenity. Martina could very well be one of the best Hosts out there, as it is amply available and, although apparently "strict" makes you understand how much you keep at your place and, at the same time, at the night of your guests. The pool is a great gem. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a great time. Everyone was nice and friendly. Special thanks for your flexibility.

TOP location, good facilities, from the 1st floor, you can enjoy a great sea view. the mattresses could be exchanged for softer ones... ;)

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

Beautiful house, close to a great beach as well as the city of Bibinje which offers great restaurants. The location is really perfect and the host is very nice. Recommended ++!

First of all, the apartment itself was fantastic. A perfectly equipped kitchen (never seen in an Airbnb), a large rain shower, screens on all windows and enough space to stay longer in the apartment in changeable weather. In addition, the apartment is nicely decorated and the stone walls and wooden beams put you directly in a relaxed atmosphere. The location is also absolutely top. You are in 2 minutes walk at the harbor with cafes, restaurants and shopping and also the ferry as well as butchers and bakers can be reached in less than 10 minutes. At night it is still very quiet, as you are located in a backyard overlooking the garden and the hinterland of Preko. Marina's communication was always very quick and super friendly.

Accommodation: This house is a real gem!!! Adrijan welcomed us warmly and guided us to the house. The path is a bit adventurous but manageable with any normal car. Once at the house, you will be rewarded by an incredibly great view. The house offers everything you need and invites you to linger. The hot tub is also a great alternative if you don't want to be by the sea all day long. We didn't mind that it was not heatable.. it was still well over 30 degrees at the end of August/ beginning of September and you are happy about the slight cooling. To the island: Pašman is amazing. A small loving, sleepy island with little tourism and many nice places and variety! Thank goodness there is now a Plodine supermarket on Pašman, so the stress of shopping is also gone! In summary, we highly recommend this accommodation and also the island. We loved it, will be back!
