My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Absolutely wonderful stay at Silver Dollar Sanctuary! Our time at Silver Dollar Sanctuary was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place is incredibly comfortable – truly a cozy and inviting space that was a pleasure to return to after our daily adventures. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. It's such a tranquil area, which made for a very relaxing and restful experience. We slept wonderfully every night! The kitchen was well-equipped, decor was charming. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Jerry and Matthew were fantastic hosts – very communicative and helpful. The house was amazinggg! It was literally like a girly girl house & was super pretty and it was just so relaxing! Definitely loved the aesthetic & the pictures on the walls! Felt like I was out of town even tho I was still in jax! The pool was also veryyy pretty! If I had to stay again I most definitely would!!! 10/10!!

This home was absolutely amazing! So many amenities…We enjoyed every second. My kids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We use the kayaks that were provided to kayak to the local spring, which was breathtaking. We used their recommendation with captain Kevin to book a fishing trip that was hands-down, the highlight of our trip—we saw dolphins, swam with manatee and caught numerous fish. It was a great vacation!

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely, clean and beautifully appointed. Our host was very helpful and communicative. We loved the area and the property overlooking the gorgeous pool. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

Highly recommend. Clean and spacious. Quiet. Good shared pool area. Facilities very good. Great having a laundry and dryer. Park outside unit. Great communication from host. About a $12 uber ride to downtown. Shopping near by. Can walk to Texas Roadhouse. Nice touch of bars and water on arrival. Also shampoo etc and toothbrush if you forget. Extra touches are really appreciated. Don’t think twice book if staying in Gainesville.

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

Everything was great - check in was easy, customer service was perfect, prompt response to everything! The house was amazing! More comfortable couches would have been nice - but just a personal preference as I had leather but nice and easy to clean so I can understand that for a rental.
