The location is perfect for who is visiting the Springs nearby, it’s close to downtown, markets and restaurants. The location is quiet, and the house has everything you need, really clean. Hosts are amazing, and they offer early check-in if you need to get there earlier! I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The wooded surroundings and the river created a peaceful atmosphere. We are already planning a return trip. Melody was a great host.

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Julie and Tom were AMAZING hosts. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The golf cart is a major plus! You will have everything you need here. I wish we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be coming back.

What a great little oasis! Loved being in the woods. Coming from a more bustling city in FL, this place makes you feel like you aren't in FL anymore. Everything about this place was great!

We are repeat visitors. This property is private enough to enjoy your stay with family but also located close enough to Ichetucknee Springs State Park to enjoy all the park amenities. We were able to tube, kayak, paddleboard and swim all the way down to the property from the State Park. We saw all sorts of wildlife from otters to deer, bats at night, owls. The location has all the essentials, and the hosts are very receptive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

This riverfront home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely beautiful — we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening right from the property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to unwind after peaceful days by the water. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with gorgeous views and a clean, welcoming space, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

We enjoyed our second stay at Karen's home. We slept wonderfully well. The kitchen is well appointed for prepping most any meal. And we had a great morning in the pool. Many family memories were made! Karen is an excellent hostess and we hope to enjoy her home again in the future.

I am always looking for a deal when I stay somewhere and sometimes it’s not exactly like the photos, but this little gem is so much better in person. I loved the outdoor shower and toilet. It just added a little something extra to my trip. It’s not far from all of the water activities. I would recommend and definitely stay again

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. One of the most interesting locations I've ever lodged. The condo development was built in a marsh. I sat staring out the window for hours. Recommend.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The location was perfect. My husband and I visited for a few days with our two dogs, and kayaked around the Santa Fe, and Ichetucknee river. The dock was perfect to launch the kayaks out of, and let our dogs watch the fish, and the pavilion over the river was great to relax in and watch boats pass by. The yard was beautiful, landscaped, and entirely fenced in for the dogs ( there was even a fence/gate to separate the upper deck from front door/front steps.) We will absolutely be back again as soon as we can.

Our stay was amazing! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. We were made aware that recent storms had damaged some of the land, and surrounding sight seeing areas. House was comfy, felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings listening to nature, seeing fireflies, and star gazing. We will definitely go back!!

Secluded little cabin on the Suwanee. Screened porch, good size yard deck. Great view of the river from the raised deck. Excellent little floating dock. Nice quiet place.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and beautiful. We were looking for a relaxing environment, and this place is. The kayaks available on the property are a plus for enjoying the river. Recommended

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house is in a great location with lots of things to do in the area including parks and good restaurants. Chris keeps his place very clean and everything about the house was as described in the listing. We had our own boats and it was so easy to get down to the river and paddle on the Suwannee without having to drive to a canoe launch. I hope to come back again.
