Holiday rentals with a patio in Sustjepan

Logement qui ressemble exactement aux photos, très spacieux et très propre. Il est très bien situé, proche de la ligne de bus et du port. Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

this place was brilliant and easy to get into. had a beautiful view from the outdoor area in which me and my mates ate dinner and played cards. well worth the money and the host told us everything about the local area and provided us with everything we needed in the place.

Superbly clean apartment with comfortable bed & good shower. WiFi, A/C & TV. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Quiet area. Walkable access to the port & bus 4 or 6 only a few minutes to Pile Gate (Euros 2.50) or cheaper at kiosk. Shops, bakeries & restaurants close by. 25 minute walk to/from Pile Gate (uphill on way back). Easy for Ubers to stop outside.

I could not recommend this rental more. It was exactly as pictured, and absolutely beautiful. Antonija was an incredible host, and even picked us up from the airport and brought all of our luggage up for us while we had lunch. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Looks even better in person! Beautifully decorated with high ceilings and lots of mirrors making the space feel bright and open, and there is an incredible view from the balcony. Additional touches like snacks, wine and some local liqueur on arrival made it extra special and Ana was always responsive and happy to assist. Ana was also able to accommodate a late check out which was really helpful. Would re-book in a heartbeat!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

My family (husband and two teens and me) had a wonderful time at this property. It was so clean and spacious. The outdoor space was amazing. Ana gave such good advice and really went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. The day on the boat with Ivan was a real highlight. Everyone we met was just an extraordinary host. So kind. And so accommodating. Ana even helped get us a reservation at Panorama - it was a perfect day. Thank you, thank you! We loved Dubrovnik and this Airbnb. Oh, also the #4 bus was right around the corner for easy access to Old Town.

We loved our stay at Marijana's place! The location was perfect, it was quiet and private and we enjoyed the walk into old town. The space was exactly what we needed for our long weekend and we had plenty of room to spread out. Marijana was very helpful and responsive the entire trip. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

This was probably the best stay I've ever had. Dragan's home was very well equipped and was just as in the description. About the interaction with Dragan, I can say that it was the best of all the hosts I stayed with. He was very responsive and organized in everything. He had a prepared list of recommendations that helped us a lot. We were very satisfied with our stay and will gladly return to Dragan's accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.
