Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. New apartment situated only 25 mins by bus away from the center of Dubrovnik. You can enjoy in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and in perfectly calming view to the river and its surroundings. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom with the tub and kitchen/living room equipped with all appliances. Bus stop to the old town is about 6 mins walking distance and the other, when comimg back from town, just across the street. Buses operate every 20 mins You can park the car on the street near the house.

Apartman je na 150 metara udaljenosti od mora te šetališta Uvala Lapad i plaža. Studio apartman nalazi se na poluotoku Lapad. Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.
