Cozy, little rustic cabin tucked into the woods, 5 minutes for Elk Mountain Ski Resort. Beautiful country setting is a perfect place for family and friends to enjoy a get away. Swimming, hiking and fishing all available nearby. Shopping & movie theaters approximately 25 minutes away. Sleeps up to two couples plus two twin beds in the loft. Fully equipped efficiency style kitchen, wood burning stove, living room and a full bath. Central heat, TV and internet are included. Come relax & enjoy!

Rustic lakeside cabin!

Relax with family at this peaceful retreat in the stunning Endless Mountains region, only 20 min. from Binghamton. The cabin has a loft-like open plan. Please see the ‘details to note’ section about the layout. Two kayaks and a rowboat. No-smoking property. There is a downward incline to the cabin so it is challenging for handicapped individuals. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

The “Lily Pad” Secluded Lake House

Relax in front of the fireplace or fire pit with the whole family at our little slice of heaven secluded 2 bedroom lake cottage that sleeps 4. House is located at Butler Lake which is 75 acres / 30’ deep non power boat. There’s 200’ of lake front and a private dock w/ row boat and 2 canoes. Lake has great fishing and ice fishing in the winter. Elk ski Mt is 15 min away and nature hiking/biking trails are nearby as well. Plenty of games are provided to make this a memorable vacation.

Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
