Holiday rentals with a kayak in Susquehanna County

We stayed for the weekend at this beautiful property for my daughter’s graduation at Binghamton University and I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful home, we were delighted with our stayed , amazing view and peaceful, the house is fully equipped with everything you need , very comfortable and cozy. Great home for a weekend or vacation, we are planning on coming back during the summer. Joseph was a great host very friendly and responsive.

That was an amazing stay! The apartment was clean and the host, Pamela was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, close to where we spend time during the long weekend and the amenities were well equipped. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful family trip and truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean, warm, and welcoming, and it had everything we needed and more—it was so well stocked! There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the lake was absolutely gorgeous—such a peaceful and scenic spot. You can tell a lot of care was put into making this a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I would say pay attention to the instructions because one of our family members did get lost but that was totally our fault. Highly recommend!

The Morcom House was amazing! It offers beautiful snowy views and is a hop and skip away from Elk Mountain, where you can spend the day skiing. The surrounding area was nice and quiet after hours, and the frozen lake was a gorgeous view. I would highly recommend it and would stay again, knowing it's dog-friendly. The house was nice and spacious, very comfortable for 5 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs.

Heather was definitely the hostess with the mostess. We had a very thoughtful welcoming basket with big, spray, sunscreen and s’mores packets. She also had a plate of homemade brownies and a very nice bottle of red wine. The house was so beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautiful. The view from the back deck was breath taking. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We loved the coffee bar! Would definitely come back here again. We highly recommend.

It’s a really cute place on a nice lake. Due to my change in some scheduling, I was not able to use the kayaks but the lake was close and scenic and I walked around a bit. The inside of the cabin was just right for me. Worked out well, glad I chose it!

We LOVED Kathleen’s home. It was perfect for our summer family vacation. The house has everything you need and then some. Located on a quiet little lake, perfect for swimming, fishing and Kathleen’s home offers many outdoor activities(kayaks, canoe, water splash pad and trampoline). We hope to visit again! Thank you!

Our stay was just perfect. The photos don't do it justice. Directly across from Crystal Lake to enjoy the water and only 10-15 mins from Elk Mt. The house was in pristine condition , the beds are very comfy , big bathrooms and large living spaces. The kitchen could feed an army and had all the amenities you could ask for. James was the perfect host and was very responsive if I had any questions. We will definitely be back to stay here . Thank you James !!

If you stumble upon this listing, definitely book it. My group of 16 (including myself) have been going on large group trips for the past 3 years, and could all equally agree that this has been the most comfortable stay we have experienced. Ken provides pretty much all basic household necessities, plenty of space, and lots to do. He is very responsive, and provides answers to all questions and concerns. My friends and I spent our time swimming, kayaking/paddle boating and fishing on the property. We also had some take a trip over to Salt Springs State Park and others who rode around the area on a quad we brought. There was a blue-green algae bloom that occurred at the lake prior to our arrival which Ken took the time to not only reach out about but also provide numerous options to resolve any missed experience because of it. My friends and I are extremely grateful that Ken has chosen to share his clearly cherished property with others, and we are eager to come back in the future.

Lauren and Ed's place was very conformtable and had everything we needed. The hosts were accomodating and easy to get along with. Beautiful atmosphere with many outside accessories for a great week at the lake. We experienced many days of rain, but had a basement full of entertainment. Thanks so much, can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake cottage. Bridget’s place was clean, very cozy, and the view was beautiful. Even caught some pretty big Bass fish off the dock. She had everything we needed for our three night stay. Thank you for the oscillating fans in every room! They came in handy. We would definitely return in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cozy cottage right on the water! The fall foliage was beautiful! Our family enjoyed kayaking, fire and s’mores by the water, feeding the fish, building puzzles, listening to the church bells, walks down the road... Quaker lake was a great lake nearby to walk around. Russell Farms was a great place to go apple picking and pick up groceries for the week. Cider donuts were delicious!! 🤤 Julie was quick to reply and gave great recommendations!

The view was great ,the surroundings where very pracefull

The cabin was as described. I really appreciated the clean bathroom and the new washer and dryer. The linen was all very clean. The view from this cabin is a knockout We spent so much time on the deck, kayaking and swimming and using the paddle boat. It was our best vacation ever. There really isn’t any stores for 20 minutes or so, but it was nice just to make simple lite lunches and hang out on the dock. Cindy was very responsive in her messages . She even left thoughtful things around the house like Cookies and Coffee. Highly recommend .

Tracy’s property is stunning. You can simply sit out and enjoy the views but we took advantage of the lake and spent almost the whole day out on kayaks. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the grill and the huge tv in the living room. Tracy was helpful and attentive. We can’t wait to visit again!

Well maintained cottage on the lake, very private and beautiful location.

Such an amazing place! Driving down the dirt road and through the creek was fun and just added to the adventure. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Robert was a fantastic host. My wife and I spent the weekend there after our wedding and it was a very pleasant getaway. Robert made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house and the property are both gorgeous, the inside was squeaky clean, and the lake is always a treat – I loved fishing in it. It was certainly a little home away from home, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. One day during our trip, I managed to lock my wife and I out of my car while getting groceries in town, and Robert went out of his way to try and help us and even offered to pick us up. Fortunately, I did manage to eventually get in my car, but the offer alone was exceptional. He is an awesome host, and he definitely went above & beyond for my wife and I. Thanks again, Robert! Our stay was great, and we will for sure return one day!
