It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

This time, 2 of us stayed.There were two bedrooms, so we each had a room to ourselves, and we were able to sleep well. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we played games in the room, experienced driving a train, and time flew by in no time... At this age, I don't play games very often, but when I started, I had a lot of fun.There was a home bakery in the room, and I baked with excitement.Freshly baked bread is delicious!It would be great if the next guests could take the jam with them! The photos on the top page seem to be aimed at a more specialized audience.I thought so, but I can also recommend it for groups of women! There is also a hair dryer and hair straightener, and the hair dryer has a hands-free stand, making it easy to dry your hair.(There are 2 hair dryers) I was also happy to have a hair iron! This time, I will use it for a girls' trip! There seems🅿️ to be a parking lot, so I will come by car next time.Thanks for your hospitality.

Nearby beach was peaceful. Cozy homestay room, with tub in the bathroom, some coffee and tea provided too. Host was very conscientious; although we arrived late and stayed only for one night so we didn't meet any staff, but check-in was still smooth and the little gifts made us feel welcomed. Thoughtful hospitability. I would definitely come back again if there's a chance. Thanks again for everything! There is definitely some noise from the road at night; but host provides earbuds for a good rest. One more thing is that if you come in summer, note that the room gets rather bright early (e.g. no blackout curtains), so if you wanna sleep in more maybe bring some eye masks ;)

Hoshiyama’s place is lovely! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very traditional which was fun to experience! The location is a bit hard to get to by public transportation but once you are there you can use bikes to get around the town.

It's so gorgeous and well laid-out! The house is like a piece of art inside. The big bathroom is super nice too. One mattress downstairs was rather firm, so we slept upstairs, which had a very comfy bed. Everything is well-maintained. Even though it was cloudy during our stay, we still were able to see Fujisan through the living room window one morning! The surrounding neighborhood and town are so pretty, and the restaurant right by the driveway was really good. The only tricky bit is getting in- the driveway has a large and bumpy hill. If you aren't able to drive right up to the house, it can be tricky pushing suitcases uphill. Aside from that, I absolutely recommend it! Great spot to visit Fujisan and Lake Kawaguchiko!

I have multiple dogs, so I am grateful to Airbnb, but this was the most enjoyable time I have had! He has a lot of energy, but he was exhausted from running around the dog run all day and went to sleep. The furnishings and facilities were lovely, and I wanted to imitate them. It's so clean that you wouldn't think it was pet friendly. It was a very comfortable birthday trip for the dog! I would definitely like to visit again◎

Had a comfortable and nice time at Matrix’s place. The setting was cosy, clean and comfortable (though heating in living area could be improved). Matrix was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot because the house is fully equipped. Very well stocked kitchen equipment (even has sake glasses), great entertainment system (projector screen with Netflix/youtube). Probably one of the best stays on this trip!
