Had awesome stay! House was amazing had everything we needed. The backyard oasis was amazing! Would stay there again in a heart beat.

What an amazing place to stay with your family for a get-away. We had a wonderful, relaxing visit. The views of the ocean are incredible - we were even treated to a 30min orca show one evening! The home is thoughtfully laid out and very spacious. Lots of towels and linens. The kitchen is well appointed, and great for meals and family dinners and boardgames in the evening. Great bathrooms also. The pool was fantastic. We swam every single day and we loved the nearby access to the beautiful, private beach. We also appreciated the extras like the paddle boards, kayaks, pool accessories & boardgames. Word of wisdom: If you're anything like me, you don't intuitively check "House Rules" for additional fees which is where theirs are listed. To access that glorious pool there is a fairly substantial added fee, as well as a fee to bring pets. We'd already booked and paid before we discovered this. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, but might be a game changer for some.

My extended family and I recently visited Vancouver for a wedding and we needed a place that could hold all 12 of us. Not only was Paul's place big enough, it was clean and provided all the amenities and entertainment needed for our entire stay. Paul was very friendly and communicative and checked in with us to make sure we made it to the property. Thanks Paul!

What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The house was very homely and restful and was more than adequate for our eight family members. Penny and Andy were always very responsive to any queries we had. This made our stay very easy and enjoyable. We hope to return in the future.

Priska and Rudy are really nice. we enjoyed our 5 night stay. we enjoyed the pool as well as the weather was nice. we would stay again if we are ever in Vancouver area again.

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

This was an excellent stay for my fiance and I. Kim's house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The kitchen was very well stocked, with a brand new dishwasher and oven. The bedrooms were very cozy, with extremely comfortable mattresses and sheets. The bathroom was also very clean, with lots of storage space for toiletries and things. The neighborhood was something special, too. its a gated community with a very peaceful feel to it. Several walkable parks, one of which we went to nearly every day we were there to watch the sunset over the bay. The people here are friendly and welcoming. Finally, the property manager, Shirley, was a real gem. She was so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind to us during our stay. She works hard to make sure the yard is kept up with, issues are resolved, and overall cares for the comfort of the guests. This is a 5 star Abnb that I wish I could have stayed at for longer. Dont hesitate to book!

This stay was just what we needed travelling through BC. The instructions were clear. It was easy to get inside. Host was responsive. They were able to accommodate the trailer we were pulling. The area was safe. The bed is comfortable and has very nice soft sheets. Nice big shower. Kitchen has all you need for a quick stay! Would stay here again!

June and Sig were such thoughtful and kind hosts. They went out of their way to make sure my grandmother felt safe, comfortable, and right at home, which meant the world to us. Their space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. You can truly feel the care they put into hosting. We’re so grateful. Thank you both!

Our group of 5 friends enjoyed our retreat here and recommend it! Home is in a great central location - quiet neighbourhood a couple of blocks from a beautiful local park, 10 mins. drive from a couple of supermarkets, an hour's drive from YVR, 1/2 an hour from White Rock beach/pier etc. House is comfy, clean and overall well supplied and plenty of room - it was great to have 4 washrooms! Minor quirks - the kitchen cabinets/drawers were not organized very intuitively (even with the labels!), and which direction for hot/cold for taps was a little confusing. Central A/C struggled to cool the upstairs on our arrival day (uncharacteristically high temps for Vancouver), but keeping blinds closed during daytime and opening windows/running the provided standing fans helped and it wasn't really an issue the rest of our stay. Appreciated that hosts were very quick and responsive in communication.

My girlfriend and I had a quick weekend get away and really enjoyed our stay! Very cozy and close to fun activities like the Zoo and many nature trails. Michelle was really nice and accommodating.

I generally am not an AirBNB fan - except for Parveen's awesome home. The decor of the house was welcoming and we greatly appreciated the "treats" in the welcoming basket. The entire home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and really well apportioned. It was so clean my daughter-in-law who lives two blocks away instructed me to find out who cleans the house because she wants to hire them! Seriously, this home is significantly bette then advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed; the study gave me the space to work in private; and the bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and also had everything a guest could want. We visit family in Surrey often and will absolutely stay here again. This home deserves more than five stars. Beyond hight recommended.

It was a great space for one or two people. It has everything you need for your stay. The host was quick to respond and tried to ensure a peaceful stay by dealing with outside noise as it arose. I would stay there again.

I had such a wonderful stay at Justine’s place! Justine was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place was just like the photos—if not even better. Only thing is that it took me a little over an hour to get to Downtown Vancouver, but honestly, everything else was AMAZING. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and such a relaxing spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

The place is spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy balcony where we could relax and take in the scenery. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

This accommodation is beautiful, clean and well laid out for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent, relatively close to beaches and the usual necessitates. We enjoyed the back deck patio for relaxing in the evenings. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to deal with. Great value for larger groups. very spacious and cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood

We already miss this place! We loved waking up early in the morning to the view outside the bedroom, a feast for the eyes. Nature and tranquility surrounds this home. One could easily spend their days sitting on one of three decks taking it all in. Having the kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal allowed us to be a part of the activities on the water. And a soak in the hot tub was a much appreciated bonus! This is truly a home for an active lifestyle. With the climb up the nearly 70 steps to the street to the multiple daily walks to the business district in Deep Cove, you won't have to worry about making sure you get your exercise in. Thank you, John and Maria, for sharing your lovely home with us. It was a very special place for us to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We felt very spoiled by everything it offers and will definitely return again.

We loved the place, it's private and peaceful. Tina was always available to respond to our questions. Its bit far from Vancouver, but still we would recommend this place if you are looking something private and spacious.

We booked this Airbnb for my wife's birthday and to check out Vancouver and the surrounding areas. It was a perfect to balance out sightseeing by being very quiet and private. We got tips where to get some birthday cake and the communication was perfect and fast. If we had questions or a special request we got an answer almost immediately. Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Stay was great, unit was very clean and the hosts were kind and responsive. About a 50 minute drive from downtown Vancouver. Great place and I recommend!

Overall, I had great experience at Randy’s place. Had a lil hiccup with checkin bit Randy was responsive to help me with the checkin.
