House holiday rentals in Surprise

We had an amazing weekend with our family all thanks to this beautiful home! The home looked just as it was advertised in the photos. The decorations and furniture felt very modern but homely and made it easy for us to get settled in for our weekend stay. The amenities were accurate to the description and were thoughtfully provided. The cleanliness of the home and backyard was also top notch. The main attraction for us was the pool which our family made good use of. The pool is in great condition and was large enough for our group to enjoy in and out of. It overlooked a local park and was very scenic. Amy and Aaron were also amazing at responding to all of our questions and providing useful info ahead of time. We would be more than happy to book another stay at this home if given the opportunity again in the future!

This home was EVERYTHING you would expect for a peace-filled stay! Clean, well cared for, and just an overall welcoming home. For us, we were seeking a safe, quiet place to enjoy some time together and peruse the “digs” of Sun City West; we were not disappointed at all! My only regret about the home was our “nagging need” to return home … the furnishings were very comfortable, par-excellence!!! Great place to stay. Pool was clean. Place was well stocked and clean. Lots of games that my grandson enjoyed. Place had a putting green with five holes that I liked, even though it showed me how lousy I am at golf. Lol. Five stars. Definitely would highly recommend

Great place for a great price. A bit of a drive though if you’re looking to go to Phoenix or Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend getting a rental car.

Emilee’s place was a real treasure! In a sea of Airbnb’s I tend to be a great judge as a frequent traveler and prior host. Emilee’s home is clearly loved and managed. The home has absolutely everything you could thing of and need. The location is safe, clean and near shopping/eateries and close to the freeway for traveling around AZ. The backyard is spotless and well thought out. The added touches for the children keep their imagination alive. The layout is open, airy and stylish. The beds are incredible with comfort and linens are crisp and plush. I normally travel with my pillow but forgot and so glad I did because I am going to buy her pillows. Her communication is excellent and she truly loves what she does. Being a host can burn many out but it is was refreshing to meet her as she has a deep love for hosting and that’s what Airbnb is about. Emilee is the definition of a super host and this property a fantastic representation of the platform. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

Our stay at Marcie’s place was great! The house was very clean and well organized. Marcie was a great host and communicated well, overall we had an amazing time!

Beautiful and peaceful place. Very clean and felt right at home. Love the house set up and all that was provided. The outside area and pool is perfect for family. Zero complains, very lovely will stay here again if need to return to Arizona.

My family and I really loved it. We felt right at home. The place is so nice and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. I recommend it 100%. The place was perfect and everything was very clean, I hope to stay again soon with my family.

We had a relaxing stay at Shelby's Surprise Vacation Oasis. We stayed for a week while in town to visit family and relax. The house has everything you need with a full equipped kitchen including a gas range, rice cooker, crock pots, and blender. There is plenty of entertainment with pool table, games, music, and TV's. The swimming pool was heated and clean. This place was in the perfect location for us, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and family. Shelby is a great host and I highly recommend her place!

Aurelio and Rosy were awesome hosts!! Very communicative and made sure that we had the best experience we possibly could have at their lovely home. What a lovely surprise in Surprise! Highly recommend their beautiful home!

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Larry and Anjeleigh's home was the perfect getaway. The home is gorgeous and the price was great! They were very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay there again!

This is such a great house!! The layout was perfect for our needs, and the pool was a huge bonus for our grandkids to come over and play in. We appreciated all of the extra little touches found around the home. Charity was so easy to community with and she was super accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We will definitely put this home on our favorites list and return again.

The house was pristine! The game room kept the kids and dads busy! Pool was great, lots of space. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back!

It was so beautiful and relaxing. It had everything we could want.

This house was a perfect place for my family and I with plenty of room for us. The house was ready for us to enjoy earlier than check in time and Ivan was kind enough to let us enjoy the home with an earlier check in, after a long drive it was perfect! Location was perfect, we had shopping centers a few minutes away to get anything and everything we needed. This home has everything you need to make yourself feel right at home. The pool is not heated but was a perfect temperature and enjoyable for the entire family. My family and I will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we return to the area hopefully in the near future.

First off let me start with how Ula accommodated our group the day of check in as our previous spot we had book for our vacation canceled as we were on our way out there. The house was beautiful very spacious for large groups . The pool table was super fun. And the outside was perfect from the bbq area to the pull to the mini golf holes around the whole back yard . Thank you again for everything !!

Both Carolann and her co-host Katelyn were great with communication, which to me is the most important part of the Airbnb process. The place itself was just as described, with a fun little indoor gaming area with a pool table and foosball and a very welcoming backyard space. They provided some travel toiletries in the bathrooms as well as having all the basics in the kitchen that we needed. The place was clean and had plenty of space for us and our dog. No issues at all, I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Surprise!

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The host was timely with responses even though they were out of town two time zones away. The property was great for our two large dogs. We reside in the PNW and I was worried about cacti and insects. The fenced back yard has a nice dog run free of plants which put my mind at ease. There is also a gate that blocks the bedrooms and bathrooms from access. This worked well when we had to run a quick errand to keep our dogs from having the whole house. Really nice place. Great host.
