We will be back for sure! The Palm house was everything we wanted and more! Perfectly located for where we needed to be. The house was in great condition upon arrival and Grace had left coffee for the morning, which was great with our late arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, pots,pans, and cooking gadgets we would need. The house was in pristine condition and all the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked especially with soaps, shampoos and conditioners. The pool was an absolute treat for my grandson, who swam every day of our visit. I can’t wait to return! Thanks Grace!

The house and location are great! We were able to walk to the movies and arcade and is located in a quite subdivision with plenty of playgrounds for the kids. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable trip. We would stay here again!

We were in Surprise for 6 weeks. Melody & Seth's place was perfect. The accommodations are tastefully decorated and had all the appliances and furnishings we needed. Close to shopping and activities. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This place was beyond my favorite, I literally looked forward to going to this beautiful Airbnb. Right as we walked in I felt at home, the bed was so comfortable and it was just the perfect space for me and my fiancé. I wish I could go back! Such a beautiful neighborhood too! Clear instructions, they had some cold water in the fridge for us as well! With the heat it was definitely needed! I’d 100% go back to this amazing place🤍

I had such a great experience at this Airbnb. The space was cozy, welcoming, and had a real homey feel that made it easy to settle in right away. One of the highlights for me was the well-stocked kitchen—it had everything I needed to cook full meals, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The listing’s amenities were exactly as described (if not better!), and everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and in great condition. For the price, the value was fantastic. I’d definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.
