Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week here. Unfortunately, the weather did not play along and we were unfortunately unable to use the pool - but instead the hot tub :) Had a great time as a family here. We were also spoiled by Laura's cooking - thank you very much for that!

It was a great place to stay for a week! You definitely need a car to get to coves, markets, etc. Very cool that each room has its own bathroom. The barbecue and pool on the terrace are also real highlights. Only the noise from the street is a bit disruptive.

George is super sweet, the accommodation was great and the view beautiful. Large terrace and in the accommodation there was everything you need. Very happy to come back.

Beautiful stay, and apartment even above expectations: very comfortable, clean and newly modernized, with a new kitchen and everything you need to spend a few days on the island of Rab. The apartment is also located in a very comfortable area, a 2-minute walk from the nearby convenience store and a 20-minute walk from the old town of Rab...the right measure for a quiet stay but with the possibility of easily reaching the beating heart of the island. In addition, access to the building is comfortable, flat and spacious, perfect for those who are unfamiliar with the guide in the sometimes narrow streets typical of the Croatian islands. Biserka was a very kind host: always quick and punctual in her responses, she welcomed us with crepes and a welcome glass for check-in. Throughout the stay, she was a super discreet host and at the same time always available for any need. We felt at home, we will definitely be back.

We staid at Darijan's place for two weeks with our 20 months twins. It was exactly what we needed: a relax and peaceful place with space, a nice garden, and close to the beach. Darijan was a great host, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Josko was the best host I've ever met. Welcome gifts, a history lesson of his past, a few glasses of wine together (he really knows about wine) and a tractor ride rounded off our holiday experience.

The location of the house is very nicely located, quiet, the sea and swimming facilities are direct. The rooms are very nicely decorated and each room has its own bathroom with toilet, four rooms have sea views. Large property with loungers please have the opportunity to relax or sunbathe, there are also trees that offer enough shade. The house is worth every penny. Recommendation for everyone . The hostess is friendly, nice and helpful. The house is only for guests as the host lives elsewhere, parking is available directly on the property. Shopping is possible there and not far away in another place, everything is easily accessible by car such as a doctor, veterinarian, pharmacy, food and restaurants. Thank you for allowing us to be there. We were 7 people with 3 dogs so people and animal friendly is the hostess. Thanks very much. Puschnerus family

We had a great stay! The place is quietly located at the end of a road and you are on your own. The terrace is a dream, we especially liked the swing with the wonderful view. It was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Shopping is 10 minutes by car. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

The place was exactly as described, even better because the bathroom and kitchen had recently been renovated. The apartment has a fantastic sea view and the terrace was large enough to receive guests. The kitchen was well equipped and left nothing to be desired, the air conditioning worked perfectly. But the best thing was our hosts, who were always concerned about our well-being and even invited us on a small boat tour. You rarely experience such warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

Kind and hospitable family, well-kept, cozy and clean apartment with the possibility of using an outdoor canopy for lunches and breakfasts! Quiet but central location with respect to the island! We will definitely be back!

The house is located in an olive garden led the main road, the building has great windows and doors, so the noise of vehicles did not bother. We only had clearly and the mountains were in the weather, so the windows were almost constantly closed. The outburst is almost complete, as in classic homeliness, from smallness, like cutting nails, to buckles and air conditioning. The internet on Raba is generally slow, so you can't stream a lot of video, which basically didn't show us. If you have children on mobile, I recommend posing mobile pausaly. It's the perfect place to stay for a family of 4 with an animal. We were very satisfied.

Very good location. The apartment was spacious and had a nice terrace. It was well equipped. Restaurants and beach bar is close.

Vesna and her family were extremly hospitable! They were really responsive to any questions we had and gave us various recommendations around rab! The villa was exactly as in the photos. The location is ideal as you can reach about any place on the island in under 30 minutes. Overall, the stay was amazing - would definitely recommend.
