Cozy and tidy studio of 26 square meters in an apartment building built in the center of Kajaani in the '70s, within walking distance of services. The house has an elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and necessary dishes. There is no dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has a 120cm wide double bed. Bath area with shower and toilet. The balcony is glazed. Peaceful condominium with silence at 10pm. No smoking on the balcony as well.

A clean and well-equipped studio near downtown. Two 120cm wide beds in the bedroom. About 1.4 km from the train station and there are good light traffic routes in addition to the car roads. Big Prisma almost next door and Pitzer can be found across the street. The apartment also has its own parking space. Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes you! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE!
