House holiday rentals in Sunriver

The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

The house was great. Becky was excellent to communicate with pre check in and during our stay. House was clean and had everything that we needed for an excellent stay. Loved the deck and private “backyard”. Would recommend for sure.

Had a great time staying at this cabin with my husband and my friend on New Years Eve. It’s close to the mountain, you don’t get bend traffic to snowboard. I also loved how welcoming they were with service animals, I had poor experiences previously with Airbnb’s and they made it feel like home for me and my dog :) The hot tub was nice add!

This was a great house for a family vacation in SunRiver. The kids loved the game room and the house was cozy.

Jessica’s place was great! We had three families (6 adults and 6 kids) stay and there was plenty of sleeping space and space to hang out. The kids loved the retro arcade games in the garage and their bunk bed room upstairs! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking dishes, utensils, spices, etc. for us to be able to make big meals for all of us. The river was a really close walk and we loved hanging out back on the large deck!

Great stay over new years with four adults and two children. It is one of the more private homes in Sunriver, and everything was clean and comfortable!

The house is fantastic. Close to all the bike trails.

Tram was helpful and kind in checking to see whether we had any needs. The location is tranquil and the backyard beautifully maintained. The eateries and shops are about a 12 minute drive from the property.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of walking around Sunriver. The short walk to to restaurants and shopping was one of our favorite features.

I loved this place. Quaint, quiet, and very peaceful. Close to recreation spots and town. Alisha was very communicative and helpful.

Bob and Dilya's place was fantastic. Very beautiful surroundings, access to the river, with kayak's for use. The hot tub was incredible and it was amazing to sit in the tub and stare at the stars. We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Bend/Sunriver area.

We absolutely loved staying there. It was perfect for me and my two daughter stayed up in the loft. It was just what we needed, close to the village, easy access to the sharc, and only 25 minutes to the slopes. My daughter’s love staying up in the loft. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. I would recommend for the host to store some essentials for cooking, like salt pepper, regular seasonings oil, etc. that would make it a little easier for those of us coming in from out of town. The host was amazing and let us check in early and check out late. This really helped as I had a job interview that I needed to take from there right when we got into town. Overall, I think I will stay here again and again - great job all around.

The perfect place for a getaway with family and friends! The amenities were amazing - hot tub, bikes, ping pong, board games, and so much more. Our kiddo loved the bunk bed and all the toys and games for kids. The neighborhood is very peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. We will for sure be back!

We really enjoyed Cathy’s place! There was plenty of room for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. The place felt bigger than the pictures and was private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We appreciated all the fun extras provided! We walked the nearby trails and made use of the bikes. Cathy was very easy to reach and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Leannes place! She was a very responsive host and her home was perfect for out group of people!

We had a great time staying at this location. It was perfect for us because we spent just as much time out at Fall River fly fishing as we did heading into Bend to check out the town. We also felt like this was one of the cleanest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at and we were all impressed. It was nice to be able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the peace and quiet this neighborhood provided. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely incredible hosts bringing so much love to an incredible space. We knew the moment we stepped inside that we should've booked a longer trip 😁 Everything was exactly as shown/described if not even better. The communication was wonderful and locked down a future reservation without a doubt. So excited already to be back!

Comfy home in the woods! This home is beautifully done. From the living room furniture to the beds, this is possibly the most comfortable home we have stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised by dog bowls and a long leash to attach our pup to. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. A BONUS: Each room has its own bathroom (only one has a bathtub, the other two have showers only). Two bedrooms also have exterior doors through the bathroom with direct access to the back patio. (A third door with back patio access is off the kitchen. The activities in the garage and board games kept three teenagers busy and the hot tub was a great way to end the day! The kitchen had every thing we needed - and then some. The local market (grocery/liquor), is a two minute (or less) walk from the back door if you forget something. Home is conveniently located between our activities in Bend, LaPine, and Sun River. We were never more than 25 minutes from where we needed to be.
