Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Enjoy our Euro inspired 3 bdrm/2.5 bath home with bonus room. Ideal S. Sunriver location on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Lodge, Village and River. We offer a completely remodeled home with a new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen, A/C throughout, SHARC passes, hot tub, bicycles, and an EV charger port. Our bonus room over detached garage has a TV, yoga space, 1/2 bath and A/C. ONE dog welcome and must be added at time of reservation. Must be 25 yrs. old to book.

Our house is located on the Woodlands Golf Course with Mt Bachelor views. Wood burning fireplace for the winter and A/C for the summer will keep you comfortable in any season. The house has a large living room where everyone can gather and separated, private bedroom spaces. Perfect for a family vacation! Our home has been managed by a local company for years and has been very popular. We started managing it ourselves in 2019 and hope that you will enjoy our beautiful home as much as we do!

Time for Fall bookings! Hip cabin centrally located on par 3, off circle 1. Kids bedroom with bunk beds. Backyard walking trail and 10 min walk to the village and SHARC. Playroom with toys and electric charging station. Sleeps 8 comes with 5 bikes garage space for kayaks. 8 SHARC passes. Center of all Sunriver action. Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.
