Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunrise

Very cute and clean place! I did not realize it was a shared space, almost like a guest house type deal. Although I do not typically prefer this set up for a stay, it was perfect for what my husband and I needed for the weekend. Great location as well! Good communication with the host.

Ms. Jessica stayed in touch and quickly answered any questions that I had for her. If you’re planning to book an Airbnb I highly recommend booking with Ms. Jessica for a lovely home. The area of the house is great and very quiet no problems from anyone. I look forward to visiting again and thank you again for letting me stay in your home!! 😊😊

For our annual mother and daughter vacation my daughter picked out Cristina’s home because she loved the house, decor and layout and mostly the yard. The house is better than described. The little small touches added to the house make it even better the house has all you need for a great relaxing vacation. I thought I would hate driving to the beach but I didn’t it is so close and easier to carry your stuff. I ended up looking forward to the drive. Everything you need is close by and we really felt at home. Cristina is a great host, she does all she can to accommodate you and is so quick to respond and ease your mind with any question or concerns you may have. My daughter said “if I ever come back here, I am only renting from Cristina”. Thank you Cristina for the house with the great memories.

The stay was great! Very nice house in a safe and peaceful community. Both hosts were helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay - very spacious and great for a family. The pool table was a hit and our infant couldn’t get into too much trouble since it was not cluttered and they had a high chair available for us to use. Comfortable layout and convenient for errands without feeling like a busy area. Surrounding properties are also beautiful.

This house is so fun! The decor is great and it was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you could need and all the appliances in the kitchen made it super easy to cook meals in the house for the family. Check in and out was very easy and host was responsive to our questions. It’s a great, safe, fun place to stay. The backyard seating was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Place felt very safe. Shower was nice, with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and AC was spot on!

This was already our second stay in one of Emma's apartments and just like the first time last year, we loved it again! 😊 Everything was perfect, the apartment is very tastefully decorated, clean and smelled very nice. The one time we needed something, Emma responded immediately and sent Carlos over to bring it to us. We would come back again and again, thank you so much for another great stay at your place! ❣️

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Brigitte’s place is very cozy in a very cool old neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale. It’s cute old houses and lush foliage. Her porch was wonderful and it felt like we were in a gorgeous tropical forest. The place was exceptional clean and had a great fully stocked kitchen. Briggita was incredibly kind and very available. I’d stay here 100 more times!!

The place was great, looked exactly like what the photos show! host was nice & great with communication. this area is pretty ducked off and quiet, definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The private studio, located to the side of the home, offered a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The space was exactly as described in the listing—immaculately clean, well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. The location was also ideal—just a two-minute drive to Target, with plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and plazas nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt extremely safe, which is something I truly value. Derek was an excellent host—very responsive and thoughtful. He reached out to ensure my check-in went smoothly, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate this Airbnb a 10 out of 10. If you’re considering booking it, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

This place was great! The view was AMAZING. Prefect amount of room for me and my fiancé. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy to find!

Great views huge balcony, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows. The furniture was great to lounge hang out, large closet and drawer space. Garage was a little difficult to go up and down from 5th floor and than elevator or stair to 6 th floor. Overall a great stay ample room and modern feel. The kitchen had all needed utensils. Coffee maker was great to have on ready for morning even had expresso and tea. Bed was big and comfortable.
