Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sunrise Beach

Everything was just as promised. Lovely, with lots of space and gorgeous lake views. Only one minor issue required contacting JBBS during the stay and they responded & resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

Wonderful location and the pool was huge and very nice, right on the water with beautiful views! Donna was very helpful and responsive.

This place was absolutely serene! The natural beauty everywhere complimented the beauty of Mike’s space. Check-in was easy, there was more than enough room for my family of 5, it was clean and exactly as described. I wish we could have stayed for longer. Communication was quick and concise and everything we needed, we had. The amenities were amazing and I will be back!

The space was beautiful and perfect for my 25th birthday — cozy, clean, and with amazing lake views. We enjoyed our stay overall. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication after checkout about damage we didn’t cause, which put a damper on the experience.

We booked Landon’s condo very last minute for Memorial Day weekend. Landon was very responsive and we were able to get everything in place while on the road to the lake. The condo was just what we were looking for and Landon has thought of everything from outlets for charging electronics right next to the beds to beer glasses and mugs for mules all ready to go in the freezer. Everything was very clean and comfortable and easy to use. We loved the screened in patio where we enjoyed quiet evenings watching the boats on the lake. We brought our dog and Landon recommended places for us to hike and explore where we could take him with us. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time and a great stay at Topsiders! We’ve rented there before and felt this unit was superior to other units in the past. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions for check in and check out! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, it was 10/10! The icing on the cake was being able to bring our dog. We hate leaving him home and this unit being dog friendly was really helpful for us! The best bonus was that when we checked in, you would never know it was dog friendly. No signs of smell, hair, or dog damage anywhere in sight. Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo!! The pool and hot tub were right down the hill. The view was nice and the condo had everything you need to get started. After a few minor issues, we had agreat time and Justin was very helpful!! Would definately stay again.

I didn’t need to communicate with them but I think they were willing to if needed. Place could’ve been swept a little but overall was very clean. Back sliding glass door sucked but not a big deal at all. Extremely pleased overall considering the cost. Pillows were amazing. Mattress not so much. I was surprised how quiet it was. Got a little rowdy during the day but very pleasant when the sun set. Mixture of families and light partying but everyone was respectful. I really have zero complaints and would recommend to anyone. It was underpriced for what it was.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb condo. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The condo's modern aesthetic was beautiful and cozy, making us feel right at home. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a big hit. It was never crowded and often times had the entire space to ourselves! Provided a peaceful and relaxing way to spend our days. And an INCREDIBLE view of the lake! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lake of the Ozarks!

Perfect lake getaway! Beautiful corner top floor condo even nicer than photos. Terrific views and centrally located to all our favorite places. Bedding was the most comfortable of any place we’ve stayed. Kitchen and living areas are top notch. Super clean and easy to park right next to stairwell and elevator. No way there’s a better place to stay. We will be back!

Overall, this was a very good AirBnB experience. They had reasonable expectations for cleaning, the place was nice, and our only issue (getting the TV working) we were able to troubleshoot and get fixed pretty quickly. Future guests should be aware that there are three flights of pretty steep and narrow stairs DOWN to get to the condo. The provided beds, linens, and toiletries were very nice. The icemaker ran well and the thermostat worked nicely. The kitchen did not have any kind of tupperware/rubbermaid containers to put leftovers in. There were some lids, but not containers. There were plenty of pans and various kitchen items otherwise. The beds were comfy and the space fit our group of 8 well. Also, the pool was very nice, and the screened-in porch was fantastic! There was great access to the lake as well.

Beautiful place to stay! Accommodations were amazing and the house was pristine! Clean, smelled great, lots of space. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for relaxing and nice views of the lake.

This place is beautiful - exactly as the pictures suggest. The location is peaceful and welcoming. The screened in porch is on the second floor so it feels like you are sitting in the trees. That was our favorite part of our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely and the furniture is comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to friends and we hope to return some day!

Very comfortable home, lots of space. Great view. Indoor pool and indoor tennis court was great for the kids and helped when the weather turned rainy for most of our trip.

The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. This home had so many extras that normal rentals do not provide. We had one issue which was resolved within the hour from the maintenance man, excellent services. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great for the stay and play golf at Osage national. We took a guys trip here with 8 of us and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

It was a great space for our family to enjoy during out recent reunion trip. The community had amenities that we were able to enjoy.
