Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sumida River

Great place in a great location! Room was on 5th floor and elevator only went to 4th floor, so if you have any physical disabilities or limitations, this may not be the best place for you.

Overall, it was a great experience staying at Dash Living. Upon arrival, I noticed some damages to the unit and immediately reported them. I received a prompt response along with a sincere apology from the team.

Great place that has a front desk. Staff is super nice and responsive. About a 7 min walk to Kuramae station (which we used quite a bit) and 12 min from Asakusa station (which we used to get a direct train to Narita airport). The room is very clean and has a washer/dryer which was very useful on the last leg of our trip. It was also pretty quiet so if noise bothers you, this is a good choice. Beds were comfortable and it was perfect space for 2 people (although im sure you can make more fit). All in all, great experience and would definitely stay here when we are back in Tokyo again. The place was wonderful and spacious, and in a small neighborhood that felt like an island of peace in otherwise crazy Tokyo. My experience in the neighborhood and the home was wonderful. Everything was labeled. instructions were clear and detailed. recommendations were given with expert knowledge. It was all so very helpful because for an autistic person, Tokyo is simply overwhelming, to the point I almost had a meltdown at places so I stayed in the little neighborhood and around it and had a lovely time seeing the country my mom and grandmother are from. Ben is an amazing and proactive host. He even helped with medical info because I had injured my knee on the first leg of my trip. The Family Mart and little grocery at the end of the street were great, as were the restaurants in the area, and parks. It was always nice to walk in the evenings. Very safe.

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

The check-in experience was fantastic, the amenities were all clean and convenient and close to the MRT!However, there is an elderly person's nursing home around to be quiet, soundproofing is not very good, you will hear neighbors laughing at night.

the host was really great and gave lots of great recommendations to restaurant. location is also really good, it's close to the underground line, close to sky tree tower, and really close to asakusa.

Fantastic place to stay! There was so much wonderful thought put into all the little things around the house, from the decorations to the numerous amenities. We greatly appreciated all the details, as well as the comfortable, clean home as a whole. We loved the spacious living room for us to all hang out after a long day of traveling, enough for all 6 of us to stay. The walk to station was short and easy, and the area around was peaceful. Fun things things to do near by like Karaoke. Our host was very friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful! Would highly recommend staying here, thank you very much!

Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

Honoya is lerfevtly situated adjacent to asakusa, moments away from the hustle and bustle but utterly calm surroundings. No shortage of food, convenience stores and transportation. Home away from home.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
