The location is well situated, 15 minutes walk to Asakusa train station. The area is peaceful, there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment is spotless and modern with a taste of traditional Japanese charm. Right on the corner of two streets, so the view from the balcony is open and very picturesque. Walking to/from the station you can see the Tokyo Skytree in the background. Very convenient to the station, convenience stores, and Asakusa. Just a short walk down to the shopping street, right at the end you find yourself walking onto the grounds of Senso-Ji. It's right in your backyard when you stay here. Even though you are in the heart of the city, the apartment is nice and private. The elevator takes you right to your floor, slip off your shoes and put on your slippers, and you are home.

The location is very quiet, the check-in is very convenient, and the facilities are fully equipped.The host is very friendly and responsive.Not sure if it was the weather, the bed sheets had a bit of an odor, everything else was good!

The room is worth the price.It was very beautiful and comfortable, but I hit my head many times because the ceiling was low in some places.Please be careful, especially when standing up in the bath, as you will always bump into it.I also wish I had a full-body mirror. However, it is not far from two stations on foot, and there is a supermarket and convenience store in the next block, so it is a satisfactory stay without any inconvenience.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.

I loved staying at Izumi’s place. It was so cozy and nice, even better than my own place in Seoul haha. There was even a nice bathtub which I never expected!!! My boyfriend staying on sugamo street said I was so lucky to find such a nice place at such great price. I would like to stay here again, If I get to visit Tokyo again. Highly highly Recommended.

Nice and spacious with high ceilings on upper floor. Easy to get in and very conveniently located next to a subway entrance. Only thing to note is there is a single keycard so if traveling with people planning to go different places, might be hard to coordinate on sharing the keycard.

Everything is good, we may come back in the future.

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic Shinjuku Grace House! Our stay at this Shinjuku Airbnb was excellent! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with all brand new, working appliances and it was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, and the market nearby was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend for a superb Tokyo experience!

Very nice stay with all the facilities and big beds and very clean and clean.Great location, about 300 meters from the station, there are convenience stores next to 50 meters, it is convenient😊👍

Loved the place! Complete with everything; a big screen TV, washing mashine, nice toilet, big fridge. Everything is just nice and spacious, especially for a room in tokyo. Super close to Meguro station - only about 200m, which has the Yamanote Line. Would love to come back here again soon 🫰🏻

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

We had a really great time at Haneko’s place! The location felt special and showed us a different side of Tokyo. We’d definitely recommend it, just be aware it’s very tight for two and space is limited. Thank you for hosting us ❤️

This place was perfect for our family of five. it's super close to many attractions and restaurants and trains were easy to get to. We absolutely loved the area. the place was clean and met our needs. We had elderly parents with us as well as our 9 year old and we all agreed that we were sad to leave this gem in Asakusa. Highly recommend!

Hard to beat this price point for a spacious (by Japanese standards) modern apartment in heart of some of he most expensive areas of Tokyo (Shibuya and Ebisu). Balcony was lovely. Quiet for sleeping. Washer in unit and bath.

I had a lovely stay at June’s place! The room was clean, beautiful, and very well organized. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and convenient, with the subway just a 10-minute walk away. June was a kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Nice place within walking distance of Senso-ji and Asakusa Station (approx. 20 min). Ideal combination of a quiet neighborhood and proximity to markets and attractions. The house was sparkling clean, well equipped and immediately felt comfortable. Very happy with this choice!

It's quiet and okay. But the room light is a little dark, so I wish the back was a little brighter. Other than that, it's good.
