Katsuo was very responsive and friendly. Whenever we ran into an issue, Katsuo was quick to respond and even showed up in person to help with a specific concern. The Kita-Akabane area is also very peaceful and quiet.

Meihong is a great host. She answered my questions promptly and as clearly as possible. Overall the house is in a great condition completed with facilities. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

So close to restaurants and the Meguro River and the shopping is great. Close to the train station so very easy to get around. The place is not spacious but then we were only there to sleep. We really enjoyed the locality. Riki’s communication was excellent.

The place is super clean and put together. We really enjoyed the stay. The place was comfy and had a really nice interior design. The room on floor level was a cute touch to experience traditional Japanese style. Then going upstairs, there were 2 beds for more room and we liked having the ac upstairs since it was a bit toasty without it. It was a fun place to stay, I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jun’s place! The house was easy to find, and check-in was smooth with the iPad – very simple and convenient. The inside of the house is clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. It has a minimalist style but feels warm and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and there were enough beds for everyone to sleep well. Instructions for using things in the house were clear and easy to understand. Also, the Wi-Fi was fast and worked great during our stay. The area is very quiet and calm. It was a short and easy walk to the metro station. On the way, we passed by a 7-Eleven, which was perfect for buying snacks and breakfast. We really recommend this place!

Gracious hosts whom were very responsive. The apartment was clean and utilities were well kept. The kitchen had everything you need to cook.

This was a great place to stay. Extremely close to Golden Gai if you’re interested in easy going drinks in the evening, a ten minute walk to a station if you want to go elsewhere. The room was spotless and very functional. No issues with hot water, WiFi or any other amenities listed. Ken was extremely responsive and friendly, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better host!

We went to Tokyo in June of 2025 and wanted a central place to stay where we could easily walk around. Neighborhood is safe, there is a Family Mart and a Lawsons right up the street and a 7-11 close as well. About a 10 minute walk gets you to the heart of things, shopping. Area, Godzilla head area. Train station about a 15 minute walk. The area is safe, his place has a washer you won’t get in a hotel. Ideal for 2 or 3 people, you could do 4 but that’s max. I would stick to 2 or 3. Wi-Fi worked well. Would stay there again.

入住人數：九位大人、兩位小孩 入住時間：20250606-20250611 總心得： 100% 推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 前提 *旅行變動* 在六月正式入住前，原本是預定三月中要去東京來場自助家旅，礙於家中未滿兩歲的寶寶生病住院，種種考量下決定延後行程，也把狀況告知房東後，不僅得到同意延後行程，甚至及時回覆讓我們確認變更後的日期，避免造成無法預定的情況發生，這之中也感受到房東滿滿的關心，光這點就讓我無比的感謝。 入住前*滿滿的訊息* 在尚未入住前，房東不僅依照日本政府規定，先前要求提供入住房客的資訊，更另外提供前往住宿地點地圖、附近景點指標、入住說明等重要資訊，以利我先向家人提供更詳細的資訊，為尚未啟程的旅行先做點準備，整個服務也是滿滿的誠意。 入住期間*溫暖的感覺* 入住當天依照規定需要下午四點後才能入住，礙於行程安排，行李得先安置在一個地方，但又不想花一筆錢寄放行李，就臨時向房東要求提前放置行李需求，幸運的是房東願意讓我們提前先放好行李，好讓我們可以放心的出去遊玩，等到下午四點之後在正式check in，這點真的又是滿滿的感謝。 入住後，從客廳、浴室、廁所到每個房間都非常乾淨，設備感覺也很新，提供的洗浴用品也非常好，入住期間真的很舒適；說真的，大家反而都很早就回住宿地點，大家圍在客廳吃吃喝喝聊天，電視播放看不懂也聽不懂的日本節目，但這樣的感覺也讓人覺得溫暖。 住宿地點更是加分，離地鐵站（東向島站）非常近，地鐵外面就是一間超大間的藥妝店，基本上都在那邊採買了，在過去又有一間超大間超市，超好買，甚至採買青菜、肉片帶回家煮，附近還有麵包店、燒肉店、生魚片壽司店超好吃！基本上不愁吃了！ 另外一邊的地鐵站（八廣站）也有一間超大超市、藥妝店，只是距離上就比較遠，不過也很方便！回機場就必須走這條，也很方便。 整體上，交通方便、住宿環境良好、周遭店家眾多，基本上真的不需要擔心半夜找不到東西吃，只怕你沒有太多時間可以好好的逛透這附近的店家。 最後，仍然感謝房東及時回覆訊息、提供一個那麼完善的空間讓我們居住，也體諒我們臨時延後行程的意外、一堆臨時的狀況，仍給予滿滿的支持與服務，只能送上滿滿的感謝，以及滿滿滿的推薦！未來有機會再去東京玩，還是會選擇入住這家的！

Our family stay at this property for four nights and it was a wonderful experience. Everything in the listing was completely accurate and the provision of the essential was much appreciated. The house is clean and bedrooms are very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property and would love to return in the future.

The place is in a great location very close to Nishi Waseda station. The size of the apartment is relatively big for Tokyo and is very comfortable for a longer stay. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and shops nearby. Will definitely stay again!

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb-Zimmer! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar, falls ich Fragen hatte. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und auch während meines Aufenthalts habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt ein super Erlebnis – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Zimmer wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ki’s place is in a quiet neighbourhood, well connected by public transport, variety of options to try the local cuisine. Ki has been a wonderful host right from the time of booking. Recommendation for local transport and amenities have been very useful for somebody who is visiting Japan for the first time. Appreciate the proactive follow up checking our comfort and wellbeing.

The one word to describe this home is EFFICIENT. It is cute, organized and very well maintained. It's also cleaned properly. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The best part is the host is uber quick to respond to messages. Good host. House is about 20minutes walk from Koiwa station and from there you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Note: train runs by the house but for some reason the sound did not bother me. Definitely recommend.

Super clean, love that it’s in a residential area which brings so much peace. It’s walkable to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, Family Mart, massage parlor, and it’s a 20 min train ride to all the fun things in the city. We even took the train & bus to Disney. Truthfully, I don’t think 15-16 people could comfortably fit, 10 people is great. Host was very accommodating, clear with all instructions and friendly! Definitely would stay again!

This was our first Airbnb in Japan and it started off the trip well. 5 full size beds in 3 bedrooms was great for privacy. Mattresses are on the firm side. It's in the middle of K-town so lively and exciting, but on Monday night, I could hear people and k-pop playing until 4 am. Luckily I enjoy the music and was so jet-lagged, I slept through most of it. There's a filtered water dispenser, which is very nice for filling reusable bottles for the day and not having to worry about buying from the store. There's a couple hosts and the one who was in charge of communication during the trip was very responsive, even when I messaged at 7 am (sorry!) The dining table was nice to eat quick meals at and a Lawson is right around the corner. The shower was fairly clean, but we did have to use the designated shower slippers and the area right outside the shower lacked clean space to put down our clean clothes or toiletry bags etc. Not a big deal unless you're a germaphobe. Overall great experience!

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!

Our family of 7 stayed here. We all loved how clean and spacious it is! Shibuya is a busy place but this airbnb is just a stones throw away. Definitely quiet for a peaceful rest at night! It had everything we need! We loved it!
