Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sumida River

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Great space, good location - near subway station, close to convenience stores. Ryuji-san was very responsive and helpful…even leaving the light on for us as we got in late. Thanks for the local recommendations. We tried the sushi bar and loved the food! It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the space. Appreciate the welcome basket and full amenities. Will definitely recommend it!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

Anyway, it was a clean space in every corner of the room, and it was a very good impression for us with our children. The mattress was also comfortable, and I personally had a picture book, a baby chair, and a baby bath, which was very helpful. The host is very responsive and very polite. They also handled it flexibly when there were changes to this flight time. At one point, the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be careful for elderly people who need to climb stairs. It is located about 5 minutes by taxi from Ueno Station, but it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is recommended for those who want to relax with their family. Thank you very much. we had a wonderful stay at Tomoya's house. it's in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Tokyo - mellow, walkable, but with so much to do and easy access to the rest of the city. there is a sento a 5 minute walk away, and more tiny coffee shops within a mile radius than we could even visit. the home itself is delightful - it seems like it was an izakaya in a past life, and still has a great kitchen. Tomoya was a kind and responsive host. We hope to stay again whenever we're in Tokyo!

We were very happy with the place. It was very quiet and clean and we enjoyed the terrace.

I have never had a host so responsive, so friendly as Naka, even from the onset of the trip. She made us felt very welcome from the first to last day of the stay. In the near future, I'll definitely be going back to Naka's place during my trip to Tokyo! thanks Naka once again!

The host was super responsive and very nice! This Airbnb had enough room for 6 people and was really comfortable. There is also a laundromat and Kikukawa station less than 2 minutes away. In addition, we had multiple interaction with the locals and they were helpful and really friendly. Highly recommended! Also, thank you for the stay!

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

The apartment was conveniently located to many restaurants and attractions. It is easy to find and the host provided amenities to make your stay more comfortable. I highly recommend it to others.

The place looks brand new. The location is great; There are convenience stores and a mall close by. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are very responsive and very accommodating to our special requests. My family stayed here for a week and we all enjoyed and felt at home here.

We had a great stay! The location is great! It was just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing, tons of shopping, and endless food options all around. The host was very responsive and super helpful, sharing lots of local tips and info that made our trip even better. One note for families: while the Airbnb itself was great, the neighborhood isn’t very kid-friendly, especially at night. If you’re traveling with young children, you might want to consider staying in a different area or city.

Enjoyed the location as it was a quieter Community at night and a lovely reprieve from business of Tokyo. It is a little bit of a jaunt from The subway station but manageable in 10 minutes. Spent time looking For a coffee place nearby but Many of them don’t open until 10 or 11. Lovely view out the open windows. Great to have access to Laundry.

My son and I stayed two weeks at Daniel’s places. Both he and his wife are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at one Daniel’s places!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100
