Apartment holiday rentals in Sumida River

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Fantastic stay in Asakusa! Comfortable apartment in a wonderful neighborhood with many options for sampling local cuisine and easily walkable to transportation. The hosts are very responsive and provide many area recommendations and informative travel guides for Greater Tokyo and beyond. The taxi was also a plus! Wir waren dankbar in diesem Juwel übernachten zu dürfen! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken was uns alle so sehr erleichtert hat, denn wir waren echt müde von der Anreise. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber, bequem und super aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight und die Größe für Tokio Verhältnisse einfach ein Traum. Wir waren sehr froh in einer ruhigen süßen Gegend zu übernachten und gleichzeitig schnell an die zentralen Orte zu kommen. Danke für die süßen Begrüßungsgeschenke und kalten Getränke. Der Gastgeber hat sich bei der Ankunft immer nach uns erkundigt und uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Wir würden jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !! <3

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ueno! The location is ideal, just a short walk to Ueno Park, museums, and the main Ueno train station, with the airport express train and subway station conveniently nearby. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and a supermarket within easy reach, along with takeout options. The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of everything, yet surprisingly located on a peaceful street. The center of the tourist area is only a few minutes away on foot, and we visited there almost every day for food and shopping. Lynn and her team are exceptional hosts, and I can confirm that all the positive reviews are well-deserved. Lynn provided helpful instructions, guided us to great places and restaurants, assisted with reservations and tickets, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. She's very responsive! I would definitely recommend this place to our friends and highly suggest staying here for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Great place to stay! Stylish, clean, comfortable and well located. Everything in the apartment was so well organized, with detailed usage instructions! Beds were comfortable, and we loved the rooftop patio. Location was perfect for getting around the city on the subway. Host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and everything went perfectly smoothly! Would stay again.

We chose Minato because it’s closed to Roppongi, Azabudai and Ginza. It’s more private neighborhood. Not too far from lots of eateries and nice restaurant. You can see the beauty of Tokyo Tower at night when you walked around the area. The host warned us about noise because of the thin wall but our stay was pleasant. There was no noise. We didn’t even realize there were 3 other families in the building. We liked that the elevator was private and connected to the entrance of the room straight. The place was immaculate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2 people were just nice or 2 people with 1 child. Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and had to do a late check in. We were going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We contacted the team and they helped us call and change reservation time. My feedback would be providing amenities like shower caps and toothbrush. If you do laundry at 2-3 am, there was no one using the laundry. There are 2 washing machine but 1 dryer

We stayed a few days and it was a convenient base, with most of the things we needed available. A little small, as pretty much everywhere else in Japan, but not too bad. The beds were comfortable, the shower had strong pressure, the lighting was good. The AC worked well too. The welcome snacks were a nice touch. The area is safe and lively, some good restaurants in the vicinity. We mostly spent time in other parts of the city, but it pretty easy to get there. The ability to close the divider between the two rooms was a good thing, providing a bit of privacy for both. A very responsive and accommodating host, easy to interact with. We would definitely consider staying again if we found ourselves in the area.

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.

Very modern and lovely apartment. Clean and walking distance to train station, market streets. Very convenient location. Enjoyed staying in this apartment.

Quiet neighborhood! Great space:)

Konaklamayı yanlışlıkla 1 kişi olarak seçmişim, 2 kişi olarak düzeltilmesini kabul ettiler. Temizlikle ilgili olumsuz yorumlar gördüğüm için korkmuştum fakat gayet temizdi. Lokasyonu JR Metro ve marketlere yakındı. Sadece gece geç saatte dönerseniz çevrede alkollü erkekler çok fazla oluyor, biz herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadık ama sadece kadın seyehat ediyorsanız bilginiz olsun. Günübirlik başka şehirlere gittiğimizden Tokyo istasyonuna yakın olması iyi bir olanaktı. Çamaşır makinesi için deterjan vardı. Bazı tesislerdeki gibi misafirlerin kullanabileceği şemsiyeleri bulunmuyor. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.

从办公桌可以直接看到晴空塔。Zaito 的服务很好，交通便利，不错。

広さも丁度よく、清潔で大変寛げました。 ホストの返答も早く、説明も丁寧でした。 また是非利用したいゲストハウスです。

Really large place for Tokyo. Apartment was clean and near to shopping, dining, and parks. Yuki lent us a ton of kids stuff which was a great help. Would definitely stay again!

広く、ダーツやカラオケなどもありこの施設にいるだけでかなり楽しむことができました！ ホストの方も返答も早く、親切でした。また利用したいです！

Perfect fit for our family of 6 including 3 kids. Very compact but well equipped and cozy, close to Yamanote line. They even provide with a coin dryer just outside the door next to elevator. The hosts are responsive, friendly and nice. Helen even welcomed us in person on our check in day, thank you very much! We had a great stay and it is definitely highly recommended by us.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

조용한 숙소에서 머물고 싶었는데 방음도 잘 되고 아늑한 숙소입니다. 두 명이 묵기에 딱 적당한 것 같아요. 제가 위치를 헷갈려서 처음에 길을 잘못 찾아가긴 했지만, 연락을 드리니 빠르게 답변해 주신 덕분에 숙소를 금방 찾을 수 있었습니다. 숙소 이름과 방을 말하면 웰컴 드링크 커피를 제공해 주시는 카페도 근처에 있어서 잘 이용했습니다. 미노와역과 버스 정류장도 도보로 멀지 않은 거리에 있어 대중교통을 이용하기에도 괜찮은 위치라고 생각합니다. 다만 편의점이 아주 근처에 있진 않습니다. 그래도 왔다갔다 하기 나쁘지 않은 거리예요. 스카이트리까지 걸어가기는 좀 멀고 아사쿠사까지 걸어가기에 괜찮습니다. 모든 필요한 물품이 다 구비되어 있어 좋았습니다만...! 침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 좀 납니다. 저는 그런 소리를 크게 신경 쓰는 편이 아니라 괜찮았지만 예민하신 분들은 신경 쓰일 것 같긴 합니다. 그리고 창문이 없어서 그런지 방이 습하다는 느낌이 있습니다. 꿉꿉하다는 느낌은 아니고, 자고 일어났을 때 건조해서 목이 아픈 것보다는 오히려 이쪽이 더 낫다는 느낌입니다. 불을 껐을 때 빛이 전체적으로 차단돼서 꿀잠 잘 수 있어요. 공용공간에서 드립커피를 내려 마시거나 물을 끓여서 라면도 먹을 수 있습니다. 저는 커피랑 라면 정도만 먹었는데 공용공간을 잘 활용하실 수 있는 분들이라면 이것저것 해보실 수 있을 것 같습니다. 도쿄역이나 신주쿠역쪽은 가격대가 좀 있을 것 같아서 우에노 근방을 고르게 됐는데 가격대도 부담스럽지 않고 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 감사합니다.

le logement était parfait, conforme à la description, mis à part le lit assez dur, je recommande fortement ce logement. il est vraiment facile de se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Tokyo tels que Shinjuku et Shibuya via les deux stations de métro à maximum 10 minutes à pied du logement. l’hôte a été plus que réactif et à su nous aider lorsque cela était nécessaire.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!
