Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

The room is very nice and clean, although it is a bit small, but it is well equipped, with a bathtub, dryer, oven, etc.I've been very comfortable living here these days!The host was very thoughtful and prepared very complete toiletries for us. I felt that I really only needed to bring a few changes of clothes.The room is by the roadside, and the soundproofing of the balcony is not very good. There will be some motorcycle sounds on the road at night, but it is not a big deal. My sleep has not been affected these days.I'll choose Saki's B&B next time I come!

A perfect stay, the host and team are very professional... Respond in a timely manner, the check-in process, route, and precautions are all perfect.The house is a few minutes walk from Dongxiang Island Station, this area is very quiet and suitable for living, there are supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, drug stores, and several good tea shops nearby.The room is very clean, the bed is very large and spacious, and the bathroom area is also very good!The only hard part is that there is no elevator and you need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs😂

The room was great for our family of four. We were able to prepare the children meals and be able to wash and dry our clothes which was great for the midpoint of our trip. The location was great and nearby shops and transport, making the location very convenient. The beds were a little hard compared to what we were used to but overall was great.

The apartment had a nice layout with two separate water closets and a nice separate shower stall. It was also nice to have a clothes dryer, drying rack, and patio. The apartment was located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and the train station.

Excellent traditional Japanese townhouse Airbnb in Sumida city, highly recommend staying here! Quick access to trains to get all across Tokyo. The place was clean, spacious & authentic! Thank you!

Convenient private location almost unbeatable. Such great value and much more affordable than hotels. Love the interiors the fun design and the appliances. It rained but this place is so close to metro with plenty to convenient stores surrounding. 2 bathrooms and multiple toilets helped us get ready easily in the morning. Enjoyed our stay and the entire space. Recommend!

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Access from Narita Airport was very convenient.There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, about a 4-minute walk away.There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very helpful during my stay.There is also a duty-free drug store near Yahiro station, so shopping is convenient.Access to Shibuya is also good, and I think it is an ideal location for sightseeing. It was such a great place to stay. It was in a quiet neighbourhood so it was really peaceful. Train station was also easy to get to. The house made us feel like home. The furniture and beds were really comfortable. Owner was quick and friendly with the replies. Definitely would come to stay here again!

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
