Apartment holiday rentals in Sumida City

This was the best air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. So spacious for my solo travels and was so cozy I didn’t ever want to leave the room. Hirota was so sweet and helpful in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be coming back!☺️

I wanted to stay at a place that was convenient but had more of a residential feel. This completely fit that! Place looks just like the photos, was very clean and very comfortable. The hose was always responsive, even when my check in was late at night. Would 100% stay here again.

location of this home away from home is excellent and has direct access to airport, disney. Tokyo skytree is very important attraction and it is walkable distance, sumida aquarium and pokemon world in skybuilding only. size of apartment is good for 4 people, though it is bit tight but I guess tokyo has smaller appartments compare to Osaka & Fujiyoshida area. Mr. Genichi was very supportive in his communication and personally dropped bus time table for disneyland for us. it was a nice gesture. thankyou for great memories.

Raccu’s place is really well situated, within a 2 minutes walk you are at the metro station . Very close to Tokyo Sky Tree and fairly close to Senso- Ji. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. I contacted Raccu to open the door for me because my husband forgot to give me the key before going on a 5 hours tour with my son, he immediately headed to the apartment to open the door! I highly recommend this place!

I went to Tokyo with my daughter and had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb . The location was excellent next to Tokyo skytree . Lots of good eating places , peaceful . Train station was very convenient. The Airbnb was perfect for both of us and had all amenities. Shinya was very communicative . On our last day it was raining and we wanted to checkout an hour later and Shinya was very accommodating. Highly recommend the place for a group of 3 people . The coffee cafe downstairs was an excellent added perk . The staff was lovely and the options to choose were great . Regards Tanu

We had a wonderful stay at C’s Tiny House Airbnb. From the moment we stepped inside, we were welcomed by the fresh, clean scent of the room. Though compact, the space was thoughtfully designed, comfortably accommodating two adults and two children. Every essential was provided and more—including detergent, toiletries, kitchen utensils, and a small stove—making our stay effortless and convenient. The location was a major highlight. Situated just a short walk from the train station, it made exploring the area incredibly easy. We found ourselves near several fascinating tourist attractions, allowing us to maximize our time without the hassle of long commutes. Takashi, our host, was exceptional. His responsiveness and genuine care for his guests were evident throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was a fantastic resource for recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try. We appreciate Takashi’s warm hospitality and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Asakusa apartment! My wife, daughter, and I found the space to be cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The location is fantastic — close to Sensoji Temple, shops, and plenty of great dining options, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet at night. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and we truly felt at home. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Hiromi’s place was pure perfection in Tokyo! With this being our first time to the city, we couldn’t have asked for a better location or place to stay. First of all, the beds are some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on. Second the view!! The view is absolutely amazing at this place. We feel so lucky that we found it. One of our favorite things to do was to sit at the dining table and watch people walk by. It’s super close to the subway station and there are tons of restaurants all around you and a 7-11 less than a min away. The area is not overly crowded either which after moving on to another area of Japan, we really miss. We even forgot something when we left and Hiromi was so kind to set it aside for when we circle back to Tokyo at the end of our trip. We highly recommend this place..so far, it was the highlight of our trip. We could’ve stayed there the whole time! Thanks so much Hiromi!

Accommodation equipped with everything you need, washer/dryer included. Great location in a quiet but central neighborhood near the Sky Tree. Rei was always very kind and helpful, she let us bring our luggage before check-in. Perfect value for being in a great area of Tokyo. Mini market on the way from the subway exit to the house. Great restaurants nearby.

The surrounding area was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed conveniently nearby. The apartment was very well-equipped, and we were especially happy with the bathroom and toilet .We truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. The host was thoughtful and organized, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Great place! Was in a good location just a few minutes away from Tokyo Tower and parks around the area to go and walk around! The front desk were soo friendly and always willing to answer questions. Definetly one of the best places we have stayed at!

Airbnb was perfect for the three of us. It had lots of space for us, the beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing.

It was Great. The view from the apartment is amazing. It’s something special to sit on the couch and see Tokyo skytree. We felt like home there.

The host has good taste and lots of nice utensils and decoration in the room.The room is not big, but functional and clean.The house is very well located, it is quiet and life is very convenient.The surroundings are also good, both stations are very close.It was cozy and nice to have at home.

The stay went very well, the apartment is well located and for each of my questions I got a quick and efficient response. Be careful for those who are light asleep the room overlooks a busy road but this is the only small flaw.

Advise at the time of booking will be very early, and the room will be cleaned as early as possible so that we can drop off luggage and enter the room early; on the day of check-in, the door and door code will be provided, and the room will be self-inserted, and the soundproofing of the room is not good in the alley because the cars on the road are noisy. The TV in the room has Netflix, disney +; there is a refrigerator (there is a freezer), microwave, boiled kettle, induction stove, simple cooking utensils, washing machine, heating equipment, hot water is easy to use, water is fast, hair dryer is good, hair dryer is long and thick The only unfortunate place: there were no cups, and I happened to have my own wine out to drink, no cups in the room to get a bowl to drink😅 but not too much of a problem, this place is very recommended for everyone to stay!!!

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.
