House holiday rentals in Sumida City

Nos ha encantado la estancia en casa de Masato y Kaori. Fuimos a pasar un par de días y la experiencia fue muy japonesa. La familia que dirige la guest house nos dio a conocer la cultura japonesa y su comida. La barbacoa fue muy completa y deliciosa y ellos son grandes chefs. Increíble y muy, muy recomendable

敷地が広く、遊び道具もたくさんあってとても楽しかったです。カラオケルームが広く、子どもたちがずっと歌ってました。洗濯機も大きく、乾燥機もカンタくんだったから助かりました。洗剤も常備してて、ありがたかったです。いろいろありがとうございました♪

新しくオープンしたばかりということもあり、すごく綺麗で素敵なお家でした。お家の設計、家具や電化製品など、１つ１つにこだわりを感じ、使い勝手が良かったです。プールサイドにテーブルがあり、みんなで集まりながらご飯を食べることができる点がすごく良かったです。また、ホストの方の返信も早くて親切で、助かります。アーリーチェックインやレイトチェックアウトは料金がかかりますが、柔軟にご対応くださいました。この度の滞在は素晴らしい経験となりました。ありがとうございました。

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

We loved our stay! It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. The area is very safe and people are friendly. Host is very helpful & always responds very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😊

Convenient private location almost unbeatable. Such great value and much more affordable than hotels. Love the interiors the fun design and the appliances. It rained but this place is so close to metro with plenty to convenient stores surrounding. 2 bathrooms and multiple toilets helped us get ready easily in the morning. Enjoyed our stay and the entire space. Recommend!

非常棒的房源！离晴空塔很近，每天晚上回到民宿都可以看到塔景，在楼下就非常好拍了。出行也很方便，最近的地铁站是晴空塔附近的押上站，去浅草寺、银座都非常方便。周边走两步就是罗森，可以随时采购零食和生活必须品。空间比酒店大太多了，非常适合3-5人的朋友来居住，有一个小客厅和露台，空间非常足够。房东姐姐也非常好，行李可以寄存，还贴心地准备了拍照的油伞，有机会一定会再来住宿。

Hibiki's place was really spacious, perfect for our family of 9. It is close to Yahiro train station, it has a 7 Eleven close by. Hibiki was a really nice host, really helpful.

成田空港からのアクセスがとても便利でした。近くに24時間営業のコンビニがあり、徒歩4分ほどで行けます。スーパーも近くにあって、滞在中とても助かりました。八広駅の近くには免税のドラッグストアもあり、買い物も便利です。渋谷方面へのアクセスも良く、観光にも最適な立地だと思います。 お部屋の中は清潔で、大きなベッドがとても快適でした。快適に過ごすことができ、素敵な滞在になりました。ありがとうございました！

It was such a great place to stay. It was in a quiet neighbourhood so it was really peaceful. Train station was also easy to get to. The house made us feel like home. The furniture and beds were really comfortable. Owner was quick and friendly with the replies. Definitely would come to stay here again!

性价比很高的民宿，晚上就能看到附近的晴空塔，周边还有7-11和Big-A以及营业到晚上12点的居酒屋，是体验日本一户建和居民区很好的一次旅行

My family and I enjoyed staying at Ken's place. It was clean and welcoming. Ken was responsive and helpful. The airbnb is near by the train station , stores , resturants and 7 eleven and family mart. For our first time in Japan, Ken's place helped us get off to a great start.

The house is simply superb or i should say its near perfect. The house is really nice and cozy, suitable for small group up to 10 pax. Located close to the main train station oshiage/skytree around 5-6 mins walk. Combini/ 7eleven is just 60 meters away. Plus, Hitomi is very friendly and responsive! Overall 4.90/5.00. We keep 0.10 just bcs we cant make lot of noise around the neighbourhood. Lol Anyway its superb. Arigato gozaimasu Hitomi.

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

Definitely worth renting the airbnb,me &my friends book this place in May for 6 nights. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best place we have ever been to. The facilities are look brand-new and all functional. The house owner also reply in no sec, giving clear instructions to every questions we inquired. The location is also amazing since there are tons of convenience stores nearby. The only downside is that the plug locations are not that convenient and may cause some problem. But overall, the pros, with no doubt, outweigh the cons!

房東總是能即時的回答問題。房子周圍非常寧靜、屋內小巧但設備完善，在頂樓還能看到晴空塔。最重要的是床非常好睡，可以消除一整天的疲勞！

El alojamiento muy cómodo y genial para 5 personas, aunque estuvimos poco tiempo las condiciones fueron inmejorables. Muy cerca de tokyo skytree con buenos restaurantes por la zona. Kairise siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitábamos y respondía bastante rápido a nuestras consultas. Me volvería a quedar en este alojamiento sin dudarlo.
