Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sumida City

2일 묵었는데 너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다! 다다미 깔린 바닥이 청결하고 기분 좋았고 침대가 퐁신해서 잘 때도 넘 좋았어요. 욕실도 깨끗하고 뜨거운 물도 콸콸 잘 나외서 매우 만족 했지만, 호스트가 추천해주신 동네 목욕탕을 이용한 것도 넘 특별한 경험이고 좋았네용. 계단이 가팔라서 첨에 조금 당황했지만ㅎㅎ 그냥 일본 건물이 전반 그런 것 같아요

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Das Haus von Masaki war super eingerichtet, die Küche hatte einen kleinen Grill, zur Begrüßung hatte sie uns sogar Bier und Ginger ale in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Darüber haben wir uns nach der langen Reise sehr gefreut! Das Haus war riesig mit Sitzsäcken und Sofa, ein schöner Esstisch mit gutem Licht, wir haben uns sehr wohl fühlen. Direkt am Haus war ein Fußweg zum Park, ohne Autos. Der Park hatt einen See und man konnte am Fluss entlang spazieren. Zur Fußgängerzone waren es nur 15 Minuten, mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Akira’s stay was amazing. It was clean, spacious for our group of 6, and next to multiple train stations that kept us well connected to the city. We would definitely stay here again when we eventually come back to Japan. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the environment was pleasant and welcoming. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. The location was very convenient just a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station and also close to Haneda Airport. There’s a supermarket nearby, which was perfect for picking up snacks or essentials. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Tokyo.

great place for a group . nice quiet neighborhood.. setagaya is a nice upscale area . very near Sagenjaya which has nice place to eat and drink

My family had a wonderful stay at Adrien’s place. It was in a great location, very quiet and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was clean and well kept. The gym was brilliant. We really did not expect that amount of equipment.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, neu und top ausgestattet – sogar mit Netflix. Der persönliche Check-in war herzlich und der Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Uns wurde geholfen, die Koffer zum Flughafen zu schicken. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern – unsere Kinder bekamen beim Check-out sogar ein kleines Geschenk. Die Lage ist ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es einen tollen Coffee Shop mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Futon-Matratze war etwas dünn, aber mit zwei übereinander war es sehr bequem. Für alle, die Futons nicht gewohnt sind, gibt es auch ein Schlafsofa. Insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

房间非常整洁，物品一应俱全，并且空间比想象的要大，28寸行李箱全摊开绰绰有余，附近是居民区，有一些当地人去的餐厅可以体验，2站就可以到池袋，很方便

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

The appartement was in a right spot, it was nice and quiet but also close to Shinjuku. The host was very responsive and when we checked in he left us a little snack.

Wir waren 3 Freunde aus Deutschland und hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Mathhew. Die Wohnung war super gelegen und mehrere Bahnstationen waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr ruhig und alles war wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkehren.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Prima für viele Tage in Tokyo. Perfekt für Personen, die etwas größer sind. Wir würden wiederkommen!

房子很大 而且很整潔 附近也有便利店非常方便。JR出口走5分鐘左右就能到達

出驹込站基本上一路直行就能找到房源，过来的路上也有不少吃饭的地方，以及出门100米左右就有一家711便利店，缺什么都可以在附近买到，很方便，以及民宿内的床住起来也很舒服，总得来说体验很好

ゴールデンウィークに家族（妻と2歳の子供の３人）で利用させていただきました。 施設は古民家の趣を残したまま、素敵にリノベーションされておりました。また、清潔感もあり、小さな子ども連れでも安心して快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、日常を忘れてゆったりとした時間を楽しめました。おかげさまで、とても思い出深く充実したゴールデンウィークとなりました。 今回は季節的に利用できませんでしたが、敷地内のプールもとても魅力的で、次回はぜひ夏に訪れて、家族でプールも満喫したいと思います。

The space was large and just as described. We enjoyed how close to 2 different train stations the home was. Clean and tidy- would definitely stay again in the future.
