Holiday rentals with beach access in Sumartin

Awesome place, the photos looked unreal but when we got there we saw the place better than photos! Beautifully hosted by Nikol and Thea. Definitely going to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

We had a wonderful week in studio Nilan. The location is ideal: with a walk down you are on the beach in fifteen minutes; you walk in the other direction then you are immediately in a beautiful hiking area. It is perfectly equipped and furnished. Vildan is a great host: always reachable and full of recommendations on what to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Jozo was an excellent host and you can clearly see the love that he’s poured into Love Hvar’s penthouse. Every detail is thought of and takes advantage of the space perfectly. Additionally the space is spotless and well kept. It’s a great location and walkable to all of Hvar town. Thanks, Jozo for an amazing stay.

we were very satisfied, Iris and Iris's family were all very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is very close to the beach. It was clean. Quiet too. Balcony with a view of the sea and sun ☀️ all day long. The apartment has everything you need to live. We had better internet than at home. Really wonderful place in Old Town. Lovely private space nestled into the old, labyrinthian quarter. Gave a vibe and glimpse of being a part of this charming community. Helpful hosts. Recommend.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had a great time at this villa which was just beautiful!!! Everything was perfect, the beauty of the house, the pool, the environment (view between the mountain and the sea, you can't get enough of it!). We were hosted very well, everything was explained to us upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. In addition, there are beautiful coves nearby! I will come back without hesitation!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. This accomodation was as good as it gets. Gorgeous apartment with stunning views with every amenity you could ask for. Just steps from shops, cafes and restaurants and the beach. Ivan and his wife were wonderful host. Their recommendations were perfect. Ivan even went over and beyond when he delivered my beloved hat to me at the bus stop (not exactly close) on our way off to our next adventure. If you are thinking of visting Brela this place should be your choice!

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

We stayed at Stjepan’s apartment for 3 days. We were very happy. The apartment has lots of charme and is perfectly located. Restaurants and the port are just 3 min away. A parking space within walking distance (5min) is included, but is somewhat difficult to find. This isn’t a big problem however: when we first failed to find it, we contacted Stjepan. Within 10min his lovely mother knocked on our door and showed us the parking space. And when we left she gave us some homemade dried figs. She was so nice. Overall we can highly recommend staying here.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The most amazing Airbnb! My friends and I loved our stay and if we ever come back to Hvar we will definitely be booking again. The view is beautiful, the location is perfect only 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall, Frane is a great host, communicated well and very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay :)

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

This rental property is so great. Our family arrived overtired, soaked from the rain, not feeling well from a very rough catamaran ride from Dubrovnik, and we were so hungry. This accommodation turned it all around! They left us a box of pasta and red sauce (we were all beyond grateful) and a stocked kitchen with so many helpful and special and generous add-ons. Beds were comfy. There is a market very close by for immediate food and beverages. The view was beautiful. It's an easy walk to and from the Ferry Port of Hvar... and all of the fun places in town. We rented e-bikes from Antonio Rent... which we highly recommend... also not far from this airbnb. Exploring by e-bike is such an efficient and fun way to visit so many places in one day... then coming home to this airbnb for a solid place to sleep, was perfect. This airbnb and the bike tour were so instrumental in turning things around, and making Hvar our favorite stop in Croatia. Coffee machine is Top Notch!
