House holiday rentals in Sullivan County

This was truly the best place I’ve ever stayed at between all the little accommodations to make it like home to the robs in the bathrooms, the smores kits the coffee bar I could go on forever about every little touch that made this place truly special. As for the pool I was alittle hesitant as it is shared but, wow what a magical little setting view and way to spend the days! It’s hard to describe the amount of thought and detail that has been put into this place but it is absolutely one of a kind and worth every penny. As for the host, what can I say they are very special people that I believe they are in this as much for the people personal experience as they are for the money or more. They went above and beyond to make this one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had as we were out for my son’s high school graduation. I would and will recommend this place to anyone ever going to Tennessee. Hands down 5 star setting, treatment and experience. Thank you 🙏

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

Stayed here to ride some of the many roads on our motorcycle and the location to ride VA, TN, and NC was perfect. Bungalow was just as described. Furnished beautifully and was so cozy and comfortable. If ever back in the area will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

This home was an amazing stay. The entire home was immaculate clean. The pictures presented as if they were taken the day of our arrival and do not do justice. Beautifully furnished and decorated.. The home had every amenity we could have wanted and then some. Very spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere . Just a short walk for a beautiful view of South Holston lake and the mountains. Short drive out to the historic town of Abingdon hosting the Martha Washington Inn, Barter theater and fine eatery's. Just a few more minutes and you can be in Bristol, Va. home of the Hard Rock Casino and more great places to eat. Heather was the perfect host. Friendly communication, short response time and precise and clear instructions. I will definitely stay in this home again and will recommend it to all my traveling friends. Wish I could have stayed a little longer!

This was a great place to stay. Near the track at Bristol, and a beautiful house to stay at. I highly recommend.

The house is pretty private and very quiet. The only thing that we heard other than birds and crickets were airplanes. It was so peaceful. The pool was wonderful; the placement is in a perfect spot that the sun sets nicely over it and you can see all the mountains and trees from the patio area at the pool as well. Very clean, organized, and homey. TVs in every room, the pool table is also a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a table hockey all in one (which is very cool). The hot tub is in the master bathroom and has a nice view outside. I thought that being in the middle of no where, it would feel scary, but I actually felt very safe and at home here. The bathrooms were very clean and each one had a shower, bathtub, or both. Everything was perfect. Very kid friendly, but also great for adults who want a private get-away. Will definitely return.

Brandi was an amazing host. The location was perfect for a weekend of racing at Bristol Motor Speedway. She was very responsive, gave great recommendations, and the home was spotless. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a dream come true. Peaceful, secluded, spacious. Absolutely everything you could ever need. Alicia was easy to communicate with. She checked in on me to be sure all was ok and even left snackies upon my arrival and coffee ready to go! I watched deer, turkey and cows on the deck. the pictures cannot possibly do this gorgeous home justice. It's breath taking! Would highly recommend this lodge to stay at! Loved it!

This was a girl's trip for a weekend. We just wanted to check out shopping..thrift stores, flea market and retail stores. We enjoyed the trip. The house was wonderful..comfortable, clean, everything you would need and felt so safe. Door dash delivered 2 meals for us and it wasnt a long trip to any of the places we wanted to visit.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! If you need rest and relaxation this is where you need to be. It is extremely peaceful. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's beautiful home. It was peaceful and private and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and afternoons with a book on the front porch watching the groundhog, deer, and pollinators. The house was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. This was definitely the cleanest Airbnb that we have ever stayed in and I am very particular. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for us. The bed was comfy as well! We hope to stay there again next year.

It was a great place for me to stay in while I was in town for work. The bed and comforter is very comfortable.Beautiful seating area and view very peaceful.

This place was amazing, me and my family stayed for 2 days, great amenities, very clean and comfy, 10/10 on a rating, will definately be back for some more Bristol races and this will be my choice of stay!

Absolutely perfect

This house was perfect for our group of six. There was plenty of hot water for us all to continuously be talking showers, doing dishes and laundry without having to wait for it to reheat. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The private patio in the back was great to relax on and cook on the grill at night when we came back from our daily outings. Highly recommend this house for any occasion.

This will be my Go To Airbnb from this point on each time I come home to visit my family . Location is AAA Beaty 5 star, private ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ value 💯 worth every dollar we paid . Gary is a great host and the Little Green Cottage met our needs and expectations. The location is close to many of the area sites. We visited Bristol Caverns, the Holston Dam and weir dam, State Street for shopping and dining, and Bristol Motor Speedway’s spring NASCAR race. The kitchen was well stocked and Gary provided coffee pods and snacks, a very nice touch. We loved the rustic but homey feel to the cottage and took advantage of the backyard fire pit. On the one rainy night, we enjoyed a dvd movie. The beds were comfortable and the two full baths were great for our family.

Russell's lake house was beautiful! Had any amenity we could have needed and more. Russell was a great host and quick to respond to our request! Hope to be back soon :)

Place was exactly as described, walking distance to casino and very clean. Owners were very responsive despite a late night booking, will stay again when in the area.

We stayed here for two nights and were pleased with the cleanliness and amenities available. Communication was great and the garden neat and tidy. The location was excellent and we would happily stay here again.
