Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sullivan County

Bruce and Diane are the sweetest people you will ever meet. They were so friendly and kind! Breakfast was delicious!! Their home is beautiful and the location is gorgeous. They are such great hosts!! If you get a chance to stay with them, I would highly recommend it!

Had an amazing stay. Very peaceful, beautiful home. Great location. Amazing price and has a garage we parked our motorcycles in. Fit all 5 with ease. Will stay again if back in the area. Recommended it to friends who are already looking to book.

Had a great one-night stay in Bluff City, Tennessee. The mobile home is on a beautiful, peaceful lot and is clearly well cared for and well maintained. The space was well set up and much nicer in person than the photos showed—pleasantly surprised! The full kitchen made it easy to prepare my own evening meal, and overall I was very pleased with the experience.

My brother and I were going to the Bristol race and needed a place to stay. We had no idea what a jewel we had found until moments after we were checked in. It was no time that we felt right at home. I cannot speak highly enough about this couple. If I plan to return to the area I will definitely check their location first. I gave a 5 star, but wish I could have given a 10 star.
