Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - very peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully appointed and well- stocked. The pool is fantastic and was kept quite warm during a chilly Memorial day weekend. Ann Marie (host) is kind and communicative. We'd definitely return!

Such a great stay at this lakeside spot in Bridgeport! The place was very modern and beautifully designed. Everything felt fresh and up to date. The lake view was amazing, and we enjoyed hanging out outside by the water. It was perfect for our large family and worked out well for our long stay while our house was being fixed. It felt nice and private, but still so close to everything we needed. Daymane was a great host—friendly and easy to stay in touch with the whole time. Would def stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ann Marie’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, she was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything so easy and welcoming. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every amenity we could possibly need — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close enough to town that everything was easily accessible, but just far enough out that we avoided all of the typical Hamptons traffic. We even walked around the neighborhood every morning! We couldn’t have asked for a better balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend this stay, as someone who frequents the hamptons — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

My family and I were lucky enough to stay at Jenna’s over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. Very clean, and beautifully presentable. Everything was clean and ready for us, and Jenna had genuinely everything we could have possibly needed. Jenna was extremely communicative even leading up to our stay. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

The backyard is a standout feature, offering a fantastic oasis for families. The pool is perfect for kids, Additionally, there's a well-equipped playground that kept the little ones entertained, along with a variety of toys that made it feel like a true home away from home. The office space was a welcomed surprise. It features a comfortable desk and ample natural light Overall, this house is a gem, perfectly blending comfort, fun, and functionality. We hosted a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. It was stunning! Lots of curiosities in the house. Had a grand piano that we could use for entertainment. The place was clean, pool was well situated, beautiful balcony for meeting up with friends and family. We booked it for Yale graduation weekend and no hotel in the area could match the experience we had.
