Wonderful location, quiet residential neighborhood but close to Porter Square for the bus, subway, and train. Jane and Alan are such gracious hosts as well!

Beautiful setting in the woods, incredibly peaceful- yet minutes away from a lovely New England village with shops and cafes.

Wendy and Doug’s upstairs suite of rooms is roomy, very comfortable, quiet and super convenient to downtown Salem without being right in the middle of the crowds. We walked to downtown easily. Wendy was so helpful especially when we had a last mins dress alterations project, offering up her sewing machine so the work was done in time for the evening’s event. Overall a lovely stay.

Woody and Pauline are fantastic hosts and their beautiful apartment was the perfect home-base for our recent trip to Boston. The T is really only a block and a half away and you can access all of Boston from the T. Jamaica Plain is adorable and there’s lots of beautiful green spaces nearby. JPizle was fantastic and Evergreen Coffee was also good. Both within easy walking distance. Everyone is super friendly. If you are not familiar with the streets, it can be really hard to navigate getting to the house from the interstate or back again. A tiny neighborhood Whole Foods is a 6 minute drive away. The bedroom downstairs was a little stuffy for us, but we just moved the fan from upstairs down and Pauline said it was okay. Otherwise we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. The antique furniture was lovely, the space was spotless, and the location was perfect!

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind and responsive, which made everything even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Edna was very friendly and quick to respond to messages throughout my stay. The space was quiet and cozy. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again when I return.

We had a wonderful stay here. Amazing sunrise every single day! Right on the ocean with tide pools and rocky coast, exactly what we were hoping for. Mary was a great host, provided lots of great info, most importantly on the parking in town because otherwise we would've racked up some tickets lol. We really hope to be back again!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at Brad’s cottage. Home was easily accessible and the location was fantastic. We watched the sunrise from the bedroom and enjoyed late afternoon walks on the beach. As our son may be relocating to this area of Mass, we spent the days exploring the area. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Brad was readily accessible and responsive. We would definitely return .

This was amongst the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. The home is absolutely charming, comfortable, and picturesque. The attention to detail by the hosts was apparent in their personalized communications and service offerings. And quite obviously, in all of their furnishings and artful selections throughout the house - and their choices were exceptional. Everything from the balanced weight of the flatware to the bedside pillow mist (and so many other amazing touches) were curated for the guest’s pleasure. It was incredible. Easy parking, private location in a beautiful neighborhood (an ice cream truck even rolled by the house in the afternoon with his summer tunes audible to all the nearby children). We easily rode the orange line into downtown Boston. So glad we didn’t stay in a hotel inside the city. This was so much better. Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts really make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

Comfortable and convenient to being able to go into Boston and visit south shore locations. Exactly what we were looking for

Emily was very responsive when I needed to contact her. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Scituate.

We came to Natalie’s place for a baby shower in a neighboring town and are so lucky we found such a homey place! The house is very kid friendly with lots of musical instruments and books around which helped our little one feel at home in a new place. The breakfast treats were tasty and thoughtful. The wood stove was the perfect cozy feature to end each night! Highly recommend!!

We have stayed here before and it’s always been wonderful! Truly is an enchanted cottage where you can watch the bunnies in the garden and be secluded from the hustle and bustle of Framingham even tho it’s right in town! Decorated comfortably with antiques and kitchen well stocked! Walkable or easy drive to amenities downtown. Close enough to travel to Brimfield Antique Markets. Barry is so friendly and will do whatever is needed for his guests to be happy and communicates readily! We love it!

Eileen's place was perfect for our family's beach vacation. It was cozy and clean and a very short walk to the beach. The front deck was perfect for meals and lounging in the evenings. We loved how close it was to a very quiet beach. Eileen even provided beach toys for the kids and two nice beach chairs to use. The washer/dryer was key on this trip, because going to the beach makes for a lot of laundry. Eileen provided plenty of towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. While we spent much of our time at the beach, it was nice to have three smart TVs in the cottage for when we needed downtime. Our last day of the trip was a rain out so we made the short trip to Plymouth. It was a great way to spend a rainy day with the kids. We would certainly return in the future.

Bruna was responsive and the place was great! Very clean, modern, and had all the right amenities you could hope for. It was perfect for our stay. Definitely recommend it!

Mia’s place looks better than the pictures, very clean, communication was nice and smooth. Check out time is 10am instead of the 11am the app stills shows but she communicates everything in a time matter

This place is a gem. Walkable to the Orange Line or a two minute drive with very affordable parking at the T station. It would have been an easy drive but with the T so close….why not use it?! The house is clean, spacious and was great for our family of 4. Melrose itself offers a lot so there’s just so many nice options close by. Will stay here again.

Our stay at Benjamin‘s place was great. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the whole house. It was very well furnished, very clean and very nice remodeled. I liked the modern kitchen the most. Finally a kitchen well stocked with more then 4 plates and mugs etc. Coffee and tea was provided what was very appreciated. We arrived after a longer drive and could enjoy a cup of coffee right away These are little things but for us these little things mean a lot to us. Communication with Benjamin was great. All in all a perfect stay for us.
