Kim was a great host! Responded quickly and incredibly helpful. Everything clean, beds very comfortable, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and the patio was nice for relaxing after sightseeing. Easy access to Boston via the Red line. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was very cozy and beautiful! We had a Wedding to attend at the Nantasket Beach Resort and this was only a 5 minute drive. We only stayed one night but would love to bring the whole family back for a beach vacation. Wonderful host, great communication, easy check-in and check-out.

We loved our stay at Carolyn’s Cottage. Amy was so helpful and the cottage is super clean, quiet, and well stocked. The beach is a bit rocky and difficult to navigate at high tide, but we loved the fresh air and exploring the town of Hull. We would love to come back!

Second time staying here. Perfect for what I needed along with being doggie friendly. Only recommendation: if people are renting above unit, they should be told to be considerate to those below. Heavy footsteps can be heard. Great proximity to the ocean as well. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

As described - great hidden gem in south Boston. Very nice pool and hot tub area for our family. The bakery and place called Crave up the street were great breakfast options!

Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located and well worth the price. The front desk receptionist was very responsive and helpful. The only detail that caught us off guard is that only the primary person on the reservation can check in. Otherwise a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is unbeatable with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee while watching the sunrise was unbeatable. The space itself was spotless, big and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was super cozy. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience.

I was visiting Boston to help a friend through a difficult time and from booking through check-out, Kathleen helped to make my stay stress-free and comfortable. She was super helpful in suggesting the free buses from the airport and once I arrived at the Airbnb, everything was perfectly appointed and I had everything I needed. The only challenge [unrelated to Kathleen!] during my stay was finding parking, as the area on the weekend was exceedingly busy. So if you plan to stay in the area, I would suggest using ride share apps or Spot Hero to reserve a parking spot nearby. Would 100% recommend this property to future Airbnb'ers, especially for a solo traveler or couple.

Had a lovely stay at Jader’s place for a wedding weekend in Boston. The constitution beach trail was a short walk away and so beautiful. Jader sent a lot of local info but was sometimes unresponsive to my actual queries.

This was our second time renting this place and again it did not disappoint. We love this apartment and hope to return many more times. It’s such an amazing location and the perfect spot to enjoy the beach. It has everything we could want/need.

I am so thankful for this location. Casie has everything you need or want. If you think you left something before coming, don't worry, she'll have it there. Plenty of pots and pans to cook, if you like. My husband and I stayed during the week, so it was quiet and very peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. Walking distance from the ocean and plenty of restaurants, convenient stores or the market. Very convenient place to stay. Also, the bed is so comfortable and the place is clean. Spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen. We would definitely come back. Thanks again!

Lovely place close by the water with a very nice view of Boston and the sea. Thom was always quick to respond & flexible with check in & check out times. Place was cozy & cute just like the description. Very easy access to public transport, bus stop is literally less than 1 min walk from Airbnb which is very convenient
