We had a really nice stay at Isabel's place. The apartment was even better than described in person. We had almost the whole upstairs to ourselves. Isabel also prepared us a baby crib and a baby bath for our little son. The daily breakfast was always the highlight in the morning and we were always happy about it. Isabel and her son really went out of their way to prepare it and it was really delicious. The garden with the terrace by the pool looked really fantastic and invites you to relax. The location was ideal for us to explore Texel, as it is very centrally located. It is also right on a bike path. We would book the accommodation again at any time if we come back to Texel and also recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days on Texel. Thanks for a great stay! Had a great stay! Perfect walking distance to the city. Nice neighborhood and parking in front of the door. Super nice and well arranged. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Leeuwarden.

It is a special place that is run with a lot of love, in the middle of nature where Fuchs and Has' say good night. We slept in the lower room. The breakfast in Saskia's kitchen /living room was prepared with a lot of love,even freshly squeezed orange juice ❤️The rooms are exceptional and special. A great stay and perfect breakfast! A nice bed and good shower in a particularly atmospheric farmhouse in a quiet natural green environment. Iris is doing great, communicates nicely and I would love to come back.

We felt welcome with these friendly hospitable people. They have a beautiful garden with all kinds of cozy corners with unobstructed views that you can use.

It was a wonderful stay at Vidi, I would love to come back. Alkmaar, the great city, its cafes and restaurants invited you to linger and the nearby surroundings to the North Sea, as well as the associated bike tour through the dunes of Bergen, Schoorl and Groet were unforgettably beautiful and I will remember with pleasure. Dear Linda, We enjoyed a thoroughly delightful stay at your b&b. The scenery was picturesque: an old Dutch farmhouse with a thatched roof set in a beautiful Dutch countryside. I got up for an early morning run and taking in the surrounding area was just a perfect way to start my day. Running among the canals and bridges and breathing the fresh morning air made me forget that I was running. Then I came back to a most satisfying breakfast: scrambled eggs, jam on toast, and wonderful coffee. Thank you so much for giving us an experience that we will never forget. Remco is friendly, and gave extra tips via Whatsapp. However, through the navigation we came to the wrong side and then you can't get to the right parking spot (you have to get there via a one-way road), but otherwise the service, the village with supermarket and restaurants close by!

This was the perfect end to my vacation ❤️ Despite the fact that no one else was there, I was served a delicious full breakfast in my up, made with love! Beds sleep great, and it was wonderfully clean 😀 Super nice received by Gonnie and Richard. The perfect address for when I miss the last boat home again! We had a lovely Pentecost weekend! We had registered for the Buitenkunst Festival Dronten, but did not feel like camping there on the site. I always search for "Superhost" in the AirBNB app and Sonja's B&B was the closest. Sonja has earned the Superhost status with flying colors! Her B&B is not only called "Hoog in 't Vaandel", but is also "Hoog in 't Vaandel" (at the back of the street, the Vaandel), but she also has hospitality and customer friendliness "Hoog in 't Vaandel". Breakfast was a feast every morning! And every morning completely different: variations of bread rolls, crackers, all kinds of cheese, meat and sweet toppings, yogurt, custard, cereals, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis, mango, dried fruit, pancakes, sugar bread, crackers, gingerbread, Spakenburg cake, coffee rolls, banana bread, cereal bars, fresh juice, grapefruit juice, flevo juice, eggs, etc! We felt very spoiled! We'd love to come back next year!

Rosetta was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us get my elderly mother’s luggage in as we were unable to get luggage storage we had planned. Our breakfast was amazing. She made me special and delicious low carb options as I had dietary needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was so nice. I would stay here again in a second.

We had an amazing stay at Miko’s place! Every morning we were suprised with new breakfasy basket, which we loved. Miko is a great host and we would only reccomend staying at this amazing place, just in front of forest and easy access to the beach. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

The accommodation is very nicely decorated and very cozy. A little smaller than it looked in the pictures, but Maya is a great host!

I had a very nice time, got an upgrade upon arrival because the original room was not quite right yet. Very nice because it was a very nice and larger room. A very nice bed, nice and nice shower. The communication with Sybrich was good, she was very kind and interested.

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, who were also so great that they wanted to pick us up and take us to the Friese Woudenpad we walked! Beautiful quiet place with spotless and stylish room and "living room/kitchen", very warm welcome with drink, also extra possibility to order drinks/snacks, and of course the garden! Especially a piece of garden for guests, including campfire pit and gazebo. Oh and within walking distance of supermarket, restaurant and bus stop. What else do you want? In one word, great!❤️ We'll definitely be back sometime 😀
