A great stay and perfect breakfast! A nice bed and good shower in a particularly atmospheric farmhouse in a quiet natural green environment. Iris is doing great, communicates nicely and I would love to come back.

We loved it here! Yt and all the staff are so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The place is beautiful and the food is really amazing. I would definately go back. But the best thing is the dogs, they are all great, but Guapo is super cool and my new best friend :)

An adorable BnB that contains everything you need to have a comfortable stay, great location and super friendly hostess. Would recommend to anyone that wants to visit Grou or the area around it.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, clean and fresh place

Remco is friendly, and gave extra tips via Whatsapp. However, through the navigation we came to the wrong side and then you can't get to the right parking spot (you have to get there via a one-way road), but otherwise the service, the village with supermarket and restaurants close by!

This was the perfect end to my vacation ❤️ Despite the fact that no one else was there, I was served a delicious full breakfast in my up, made with love! Beds sleep great, and it was wonderfully clean 😀 Super nice received by Gonnie and Richard. The perfect address for when I miss the last boat home again! We will definitely see each other again 😀 Thank you!!

We felt immediately comfortable and Esther is a lovely hostess. The surroundings are fantastically close to nature with the forest. The rooms are cozy, well maintained. You have the historic Holland mixed with modern elements and can immerse yourself in another beautiful world. Also top Wi-Fi. You were quickly in Lemmer. Delicious breakfast! We will be happy to come back.

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in Friesland! We were immediately thrilled with Hélène and her beautiful B&B. The quiet location is perfect, and in a short time the Eleven Cities are easily accessible by bike or car. Every morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast that left nothing to be desired. We can recommend the B&B without reservation and felt completely comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

Great! A beautiful, well-maintained, nature campsite in an open space in/on the edge of a large forest with all kinds of waterways. The conservatory at the campsite is great, with a bar, tables and chairs, wood stove and lounge area. A great place to easily make contact. The Warthog family is great, very comfortable in the middle of nature due to the large windows. Everything is present, including a mini wood stove with a mini poker and scoop. A fantastic breakfast with fresh products from the area is included, with extra ingredients and recipe for a unique egg dish. 2 nights here was really too short! next time maybe with our own caravan, seems like a lot of fun to me too. Finally, what really stood out is that everyone there is so friendly, even in the area!

Fantastic place to stay! Extremely friendly, welcoming hosts, who were also so great that they wanted to pick us up and take us to the Friese Woudenpad we walked! Beautiful quiet place with spotless and stylish room and "living room/kitchen", very warm welcome with drink, also extra possibility to order drinks/snacks, and of course the garden! Especially a piece of garden for guests, including campfire pit and gazebo. Oh and within walking distance of supermarket, restaurant and bus stop. What else do you want? In one word, great!❤️ We'll definitely be back sometime 😀

I had a very nice time, got an upgrade upon arrival because the original room was not quite right yet. Very nice because it was a very nice and larger room. A very nice bed, nice and nice shower. The communication with Sybrich was good, she was very kind and interested.
