Du erreichst die 120 qm freistehende Villa auf einem 490 qm Garten über eine Privatstraße. In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

The apartment is located in an apartment building ( 3 We) in the attic. It has a size of 35 m2, consisting of 1x living room and 1x bedroom, 1x small kitchen-living room ( stovetop, sink, fridge) and 1x bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. One free parking space on the premises can be used. It is 20 meters to the Müritz, there is a bathing area. The city harbour, city centre and national park entrance are a 5-minute walk away.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Neuruppin is a beautiful city that has a lot to offer in every season. Whether romantic walks, water sports or pub parties... You live in the middle of the historic old town and just 1 minute walk to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with market square, cafes and shops. Restaurants, cafes, pubs, bathing areas and the spa are in the immediate walking distance. In addition, you can book 1 or 2 standups, if currently available.

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor or the additional balcony in the attic. The property is separated from Lake Plau by only a low-traffic side road. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a beach with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry terminal. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.

My home, the Mecklenburg Lake Plateau, is a unique hilly end moraine landscape with many rivers, lakes and an indescribable nature that is worth discovering! Within sight of Lake Kummerow, we invite you to relax in our lovingly furnished apartment on our 4-sided farm. Nearby is the Peene, an unspoiled paradise for water hikers/anglers with untouched natural areas. That is why the river is also called the “Amazon of the North.”

Vacation home at Warener Hafen "Casita Priscila"

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
