Katharine has a lovely house & garden in the centre of charming Woodbridge. Its very stylishly furnished, with an immaculate bathroom & has all the essential mod cons. The only drawback to its central location is the on-street parking, which can be quite competitive! However, the Theatre Street pay car park is only just round the corner.

Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

Just spent a weekend in this beautiful little Airbnb. It's in a lovely spot, very easy to find and to get in. Sammy was super communicative and friendly throughout. We wholeheartedly recommend this little gem!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

We can highly recommend staying here. We knew that our hosts were just next door if we needed anything but they left us to enjoy our stay. The accommodation was stunning and high quality. Set in peaceful countryside. Dog friendly and secure decking area ment we could bring the pups with us and many of the local attractions are also dog friendly. Wonderful welcome hamper and milk in the fridge was an extra little touch that was greatly appreciated. Thanks for such a enjoyable stay! xx

Lovely place with great facilities and Wendy was so nice and welcoming.

We had a fabulous stay at the caravan, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. It is very clean and cosy. Tracy is the best host and goes beyond helping you feel at home. The site in June was quiet which is what we like. There are wonderful walks on the doorstep and the beach is two minutes away. Mersea island is a little gem!

This is our third time staying with Kelly and yet again we had a great time and experience. The caravan is spotless and in a lovely location. Kelly was an excellent host as she always is. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We had the most amazing stay at Sprotts farm, in the brambles. The cottage itself was lovely and so homely, and there were lovely dog walks straight from the door, but to then add in a gorgeous outdoor pool and an excellent games room just propelled this holiday in to one of our favourites. Alica and family were on hand to help with any info if needed, but we're not overbearing at all. We would highly recommend Sprotts farm to anybody and will definitely return. Incredible cottage in which to stay, with amazing architectural features, very clean rooms, and everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were extremely communicative, and were very kind to allay any fears we had in advance about the temperature in the cottage (we travelled with our dog in extremely hot weather). We were thrilled on arrival to enter a blissfully cool cottage! Our little dog absolutely loved his first airbnb stay adventuring in the lovely secure garden (complete with passion fruit and figs growing along the fences), beautiful local walks, snoozing on the snuggly sofa and settled astoundingly well into this lovely little romantic getaway. This is the perfect, extremely dog friendly location, with a lovely dog bed and bowls already provided too. From a human point of view, the sofa was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable….we slept like logs. Great little shop at no.62 to grab some brekkie on a lazy Sunday morning too… just perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s place. The location is perfect for exploring the local area on foot and trips out in the car. We had nice meals at both the local pubs, they are both within easy walking distance. Amanda’s place is perfect, very clean and full of character. We love Suffolk and have now found a great place to stay on future visits.

Torie’s garden guesthouse was a lovely stay in Coggeshall! Perfect to have a place to land while exploring the area and would be a great spot if you’re in town for a wedding or otherwise. We enjoyed the brightness and spaciousness of the house + overall cleanliness very much! The bed was lush and the interior design was much to our liking.

What a beautiful place to stay. The cottage is immaculate and the surroundings amazing - we loved watching pheasants and hares in the field outside the sitting room and bedroom windows. As we have dogs it was super to have a safe enclosed garden and then to be able to open the gate straight onto the footpath - we enjoyed several local walks from the doorstep. We were staying to host a birthday lunch for my mother and sister, and it was such a bonus to have a well equipped kitchen and excellent dining/social space. Plus the bed was very comfy and showers were hot! A great place to stay - we hope to stay again when we next visit family nearby

What a lovely cottage everything we needed for our stay. Everywhere was spotless. Nice garden area that our Westie Ted liked to sit in watching the rabbits. Great dog walks from the front door, lots of birds and wildlife. Would definitely recommend.

Just home from a beautiful stay in Oak Lodge. Incredibly peaceful, clean and tidy with beautiful local walks. The perfect little get away for us and our 9 month old daughter. The water in the lake is so blue, it's really stunning to eat your dinner outside and watch the wildlife. The Kingfishers were our personal favourites! Good location for walking, but also within half an hour drive from plenty of day trips. Very impressive to see the Apaches fly over too! It was a very hot week whilst we visited but the lodge had a lovely breeze through the double French windows and the indoor temperature was manageable. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms would have been a lovely perk (even at a surcharge) However, I understand that they would not be necessary most of the time. The lodges are fairly close together which we hadnt realised when booking, and so whilst the owners have done well to give everyone privacy, I imagine if other lodges were occupied it may not be quite as peaceful

We stayed for 2 nights at Tamara's and after the first night we wanted to stay longer (unfortunately and understandably it was fully booked). The place was THAT good, so much space, spotless, ALL the amenities...we would highly recommend booking this airbnb. we booked it for a wedding and it was the ideal location.

Gorgeous place to relax and unwind surrounded by stunning countryside. Annabel was always communicative, friendly and kind. The Cowshed is well stocked for a family wanting to cook, and we had everything we needed- the Sky channels were greatly appreciated! The garden was perfect for our dog and the treats were very thoughtful. We explored the local villages as well as Bury St Edmunds and it was great.
