Holiday rentals with a pool in Subic

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had a great experience at Arriane’s place! It’s nice, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for intimate gatherings or small events. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Despite the rainy weather, our stay at Casa Monte Lubao was perfect. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some friendly competition over billiards. We all had a restful sleep—the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, the towels smelled amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food together. Special thanks to Emman, the super accommodating host, who even dropped by to say hi and check if we needed anything—his warm gesture truly topped off our great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

I went with my officemates at The Sunhouse for our summer outing and to destress. Our bosses were a bit picky but the house impressed them a lot. The whole house is very high tech and clean, the pool and jacuzzi were both warm and very relaxing. We've had a bit of difficulty locating the place since it is located in a deadend but it is honestly easy to find, just trust the google map and have a leap of faith 🤣 Sir Javi and the caretakers are very friendly and they've responded to ton of questions we had. All in all, we are very comfortable and we've enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Robbert’s place. The kids especially enjoyed it, as they were able to spend unlimited time in the pool, which made their experience even more memorable and fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our entire family — relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with great moments. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would definitely come back very soon!

The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and in a safe neighborhood. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. We had a wonderful overnight staycation at this luxury condo! The unit was spotless and tidy when we arrived, and it had full amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The caretaker, Joy, was very thoughtful — she updated us before check-in and even left some ice cubes for us, which was a nice touch. Netflix was working perfectly for our movie night, and the location was super convenient, with a Lawson convenience store just nearby. It was also close to the places we wanted to visit, making it even more ideal. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom, which added to the overall comfort. Communication with the host was fast and smooth as well. One thing to keep in mind: although the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, toiletries and towels are only initially provided for 2 people. This wasn't a problem for us, but just a heads up for those booking for more than 2 guests. Ruby was very responsive and accommodating, so I believe if you ask ahead, she can make arrangements.

Bill's place in La Grande was absolutely amazing. It was spotless and smells good. The airconditioning and ventilation systems were fantastic. The tv was large enough that my kid felt easily at home. LGR is near Koreatown and Clark gate so it was easy to go out anytime. The staff and crew of LGR are friendly and professional - easiest check in I had in a while, yet they are proactive when it comes to security. Their company driver even helped us in a heartbeat, when we had a car battery problem. The neighborhood was safe you can walk by yourself even during wee hours with no hesitation. Bill is such a superhost - I can tell he understands people quite well thus his proactive solutions to everything. Thanks Bill! Hope to be back soon!
