The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay there and its exterior is magical, the pool was greatly appreciated. The house is ideal for families or couples of friends, each with an independent entrance. Then we'll be happy to go back! Ciao!

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We had a magical stay at Lorenzo’s home last week. The views were utterly amazing! The house itself was well equipped very spacious and very private. Andressa was our liaison and was super friendly with anything we needed. Arranged a ride from the airport and excursions for us. Would highly recommend!!!! 5 *****’s!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We last booked this place due to a change of schedule. Antonio was immediately available to answer our questions quickly. Before arrival, he sent us detailed check-in information, anticipating check-in and postponing check-out without any problem! The house was clean and exactly as described, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A little dark living area but you can use the outdoor porch to eat while still being sheltered and in privacy. The pool for common use is very nice, clean. The area is quiet, it has a small market nearby (about 10 min walk), ice cream shop and pizzeria/rotisserie. By car in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches!!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Very nice private and clean house with a terrace and a wonderful view to the sea! It is quietly located on a side street, yet right in the center and about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful La Cinta beach. There are the most important things, the host was very friendly with great communication and always available. We will be happy to come back!

Nice flat with a view, great location, just a short walk to the city center. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and an open air training facility right next door. Antonio is a very friendly and helpful host. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Very well located and clean accommodation. Walking distance from multiple restaurants and a 5 min drive from the beach. We found this ideal for a holiday with our young children. Very quiet overnight, good neighbourhood. Host is helpful and communicative. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Great house with a nice garden and pool just a 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre of San Teodoro. I warmly recommend the place!

We spent a week in Sara's home. The house is in a perfect location, beach and downtown is walkable. It was super clean and fresh. We had asked for towels and linens in advance and that was neatly ready, the beds were even made when we arrived. It was very nice communicating with Sara, it was even possible to check in earlier. Due to Easter and low season, many activities and restaurants were closed unfortunately. Sara gave us some nice tips on what we could do in the area. Tip, make sure you have a rental car so you can visit other places as well. There are super many beautiful beaches in the area but these can only be reached by car.

One of the best stays I've had, we were 6 guests. The house was beautiful with a fantastic decor, inside there was the kitchen and 3 bedrooms 2 on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. located near both the beach (belt) and the city center and some clubs. located in a quiet area and not with high traffic density. Claudia is a super nice and helpful girl who gave us a lot of useful information about beaches, clubs and restaurants. In addition to helping us with transportation, we arrived at the port of Olbia. If I were to return to San Teodoro, I would rebook Claudia's house

It was a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, cozy and well equipped, two-story apartment. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with the small palm tree. From the 2nd floor you have a beautiful view of the sea. A private parking space is right behind the apartment. San Teodoro and Spiaggia La Cinta as well as the nearest supermarket are just 6 minutes away by car. Pamela and Karim, thank you! They were super helpful hosts, and we would love to come back❤️
