Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Suaredda-traversa

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est à couper le souffle on pourrait la contempler pendant des heures! Nous étions au calme en dehors de la saison donc peu de voisins. Le logement est identique à l’annonce, nous avons apprécié la cuisine dans laquelle il y avait tout le matériel pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Giorgio était très réactif et proactif dans les informations ou demande. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour ressourçant en Sardaigne plusieurs des plus belles plages de Sardaigne se trouvent à moins de 20 min de la maison en voiture et des plages sont également accessibles à pieds. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne nous relouerons certainement ce logement. Élodie et sylvain

Patrizia fue en todo momento muy amable! Al llegar, tuvimos una demora de 6hs por parte de nuestra aerolínea y nos esperó cuando llegamos a la noche. Cada dia de por medio nos preguntaba como estábamos, si necesitábamos algo, y desde el minuto uno nos dió recomendaciones sobre que tours hacer/a que playas ir/ donde comer como un local. Desde que llegamos y hasta que nos fuimos, siempre estuvo predispuesta a todo, con una sonrisa enorme. Le pondría 10 estrellas, aunque solo puedo poner 5 en la plataforma. Gracias Paty! Vamos a volver seguro!

Le séjour a été parfait nous avons tout aimé ! la maison, la ville, l'emplacement. Pino et un super hôte très accueillant disponible et de bons conseils. Très appréciable de trouver tous les produits utiles pour la maison.

Een huis met een prachtige ligging en mooi uitzicht aan 2 kanten. Mooi en compleet gemeubileerd, goed voorziene keuken, mooie badkamer. Grote slaapkamers met goede (grote!) bedden. Beide terrassen voorzien van goed tuinmeubilair en altijd een plek met zon of schaduw te vinden. Veel mooie stranden in de omgeving. Echt verrukkelijk gegeten in een agriturismo op aanraden van Jeanny, de vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

The place is well refurbished, was spotless clean and has everything you need for a beautiful stay. Especially the kids and beach chairs and items were a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the place in general modern. Armin and Nadine made this stay easy and comfortable, replying fast and friendly to our questions. The villetta is in a great location, very close to a local beach and not far from everything you need like supermarkets and restaurants. We had a great stay and would come back anytime. I would highly recommend a vacation here.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ideal. Zudem gibt es gegenüber einen kleinen Supermarkt der alles für den täglichen Bedarf anbietet. Strand innerhalb von 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in der Unterkunft und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos, wir wurden herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und ist sehr privat. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und es hat in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Die Nachbarskatze Merlina hat unseren Aufenthalt zudem sehr versüßt, das ist wirklich schön gewesen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants waren 5 min entfern, wirklich unkompliziert. Der Grill (Lotus) ist sehr klein und für größere Abende nicht geeignet, das sollte man wissen. Der Pool stand uns in der Nebensaison (Mitte Mai) noch nicht zur Verfügung, als wir abreisten wurde er aber bereits mit Wasser gefüllt sodass man damit rechnen kann, dass dieser ab Juni nutzbar ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen (besonders zu dieser Zeit) und werden uns immer hieran erinnern.

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location and enjoyed all the amenities that the apartment offered. Not being in a main resort suited our needs perfectly. We were very pleased with Simone’s support throughout our stay.

Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung von Manuela sehr genossen. Es ist eine top Unterkunft. Die Lage ist optimal. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela ist problemlos und man bekommt von ihr sehr schöne Tipps, was man in der Umgebung und auf der Insel alles unternehmen kann.

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est conforme à la description. Merci à Michaela pour son accueil et sa réactivité lors d'un problème de wifi, et de connexion à Netflix. Les enfants ont adoré la Sardaigne aussi. Encore merci !

Esperienza molto positiva, la casa è in una posizione centrale per poter visitare diverse spiagge della zona, specifico che noi ci siamo sempre spostati in macchina. Casa molto pulita e con tutto l'occorrente, non abbiamo conosciuto Carlo di persona ma abbiamo comunicato via messaggi senza problemi. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Danilo’s. He gave us great recommendations and was so helpful with all of our questions about the area! Danilo’s place was super clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy with the location in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. It was perfect for our day trips.

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo a Golfo Aranci. Ambiente pulito, familiare e provvisto di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo adorato la terrazza vista mare e la disponibilità di Marilia, simpatica e veloce nelle risposte. Posizione strategica per raggiungere a pochi minuti spiagge meravigliose.

We had a great stay at Maria's place, the apartment was exactly as described, the WiFi was reliable and the bed was very comfortable, we loved the outdoor space to chill out in the evenings, it was a 20min walk into the centre, would recommend ☺️

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Had a great stay at the penthouse. Leonardo was a great host and attentive to all needs. He even made sure the place was stocked with milk for our little one in case shops were closed as our flight was in the evening. The terrace has beautiful views and the kitchen is well equipped. The space is great and the beds are comfortable. The only thing that might be difficult is the stairs leading up if you have a little one. But other than that would definitely return. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Grazia war ein wunderbarer Host, die Unterkunft super zum entspannen, mit dem Auto alles super zu erreichen..leckere Restaurants im Dorf und Umgebung, viele schöne Strände in der nähe! Danke für die schöne Zeit 10/10 !!!

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!

Uitstekend en erg goed uitgerust appartement met een mooie veranda en tuin (privé). Simona heeft ons vriendelijk wegwijs gemaakt en alles uitgelegd. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Bedbank slaapt prima. Strand, haven en dorp op loopafstand. Ook andere leuke plaatsen dichtbij. Kortom uitstekende plek om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben!

Eine absolute Traumwohnung im Zentrum der Altstadt. Für uns einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, blitzblank sauber, sehr hoher Standard. Und die herzlichen Gastgeber Geschenke haben uns zusätzlich positiv überrascht. Wirklich ein ausgezeichneter Host😍🙏🏻danke für alles❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très propre, décoré avec goût et parfaitement préparé. À notre arrivée, de nombreuses attentions nous attendaient : boissons fraîches, eau, café, délicieux petits gâteaux, et tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, coton, brosses à dents jetables). L’endroit est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité : on a vraiment eu l’impression d’être seuls au monde, sans être isolés pour autant. La terrasse à l’avant, ombragée le soir, avec ses petits bancs en pierre et le barbecue, est parfaite pour les repas. De l’autre côté, la petite terrasse intime, sans aucun vis-à-vis, offre une superbe vue sur les collines verdoyantes et un magnifique coucher de soleil. On peut aussi y dîner en toute tranquillité. Des plages magnifiques à 20 minutes en voiture. L’hôte mérite largement ses cinq étoiles : tout est pensé avec soin, il est disponible, réactif et très attentionné.
