Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Tiny house adventure with hot tub

Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The high-quality non-smoking holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds or single beds, a large living room, 2 cable TV (140 cm), X-box, a fully equipped kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and anteroom. The house was opened in March 2014. You are welcome to feel at home in our garden. Sunbathing lawn, children's playground from May 2019, table football and table tennis are at your disposal. Free parking (carport) available.

Despite the quiet location, you can reach Plus City, the thermal spa in Bad Schallerbach, as well as other shops and restaurants within a few minutes by car.

The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive forest walk or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. You share the main entrance with us and our Labrador Paco. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
