Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. I stayed at this property and I can say that it was a really nice experience. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, well organized, very nice inside and really cozy. We had a wonderful experience staying at Gianfranco’s place. The space was spotless and had all the stated equipment. The bed was comfortable (the pull-out sofa too), and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal — a 10-minute walk from both the station and the ferry dock, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gianfranco was a fantastic host: communicative, friendly, and always available to respond to questions. He even took the time to inform us that a fireworks/drone show would be taking place on our second night there. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

We were at Elton's accommodation in June and completely satisfied. We were 2 adults and 2 children and had enough space. We were able to arrive flexibly and were received very nicely, everything was explained to us exactly. If we needed any questions or tips afterwards, we got an answer within 20 minutes. A service that is not self-evident. The apartment is equipped with everything practical and on top of that there was also very delicious coffee. The parking space is also very practical, so the car is safely parked. Just around the corner is a super delicious ice cream parlor, several fruit shops, a pharmacy, a drugstore, an ATM and various cafes and restaurants. The sea is within walking distance, but there is a charge (up to 50 euros per day). Approximately 15 minutes away by car are also beautiful free natural beaches, which are also very beautiful. All around we really liked it very much and we will be happy to come back!!!

The location of the flat is perfect for adventuring Lucca. It’s very large for a couple and has everything you would need. We were very impressed by Sabrina’s hospitality and all of the recommendations she was honestly the best host I’ve experienced through Airbnb in my 7 years of using the service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. The best host I've found here. Kind, attentive, concerned with our well-being, beautiful and super comfortable apartment, with maps developed by him so we can get to know the city of Montecatini and Lucca, really amazing! His willingness to be helpful in transforming our trip into a unique moment was admirable, we are very grateful for the moments we spent in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other cities in Tuscany. We highly recommend it!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room top equipped. But what would still be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

Great location only a few minutes from the main part of the village. Clean and quiet.

His place is on the 6th floor. Elevator until the 5th floor. There are 2 small flight of stairs to get into the 6th floor- the Studio. It is much more spacious than a regular studio. Fully equipped with kitchen , washer and dryer . Very clean. The bottle of wine is a nice surprise to wine down. Located close to the main station and bus stations. It would be a great base if you’re exploring Cinque Terre and other town. Pierangelo is very responsive to my inquiry. I would definitely stay at his place if o am at the area.

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.
