Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Strettoia

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Absolutely perfect, peaceful and very well located in the region.

We had booked because the apartment is close to beaches. We were lazy and went by car, but it is good to walk /cycle! Beach is good! In addition, there are plenty of restaurants in the area!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

We were at Elton's accommodation in June and completely satisfied. We were 2 adults and 2 children and had enough space. We were able to arrive flexibly and were received very nicely, everything was explained to us exactly. If we needed any questions or tips afterwards, we got an answer within 20 minutes. A service that is not self-evident. The apartment is equipped with everything practical and on top of that there was also very delicious coffee. The parking space is also very practical, so the car is safely parked. Just around the corner is a super delicious ice cream parlor, several fruit shops, a pharmacy, a drugstore, an ATM and various cafes and restaurants. The sea is within walking distance, but there is a charge (up to 50 euros per day). Approximately 15 minutes away by car are also beautiful free natural beaches, which are also very beautiful. All around we really liked it very much and we will be happy to come back!!!

This is not a simple review: what I am about to write is a certificate of esteem and gratitude towards Samuele and Gianna. Hosting in the true sense of the word is not for everyone. Nothing sterile, but rather a step-by-step accompaniment in every way, with care and attention to our every need. That there was not because the house was an impeccable support, there was absolutely nothing missing and ours was a perfect weekend, as well as their welcome. We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. I'll start by saying that Magda is fantastic: always kind and present. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and the location is great. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

The best host I've found here. Kind, attentive, concerned with our well-being, beautiful and super comfortable apartment, with maps developed by him so we can get to know the city of Montecatini and Lucca, really amazing! His willingness to be helpful in transforming our trip into a unique moment was admirable, we are very grateful for the moments we spent in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other cities in Tuscany. We highly recommend it!

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room top equipped. But what would still be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.
