Very friendly host, comfortable bed and clean bathroom

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.

Robyn is a responsive a sincere super host. she provided all the information and guidance to make my stay comfortable and relaxed. I felt like home from beginning to end. House and all shared environment always tidy and clean, atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. I would definitely prefer to stay again.

Yolanda's place was amazing. Very clean and tidy, she takes pride in having this place. The accommodations were perfect. The bed and mattress were new and as a result, very comfortable. Yolanda was friendly and helpful. I heartily recommend this Airbnb. One of the best in London! I would stay here again. Ideal for the business traveler.

Had a great Stay in Waterloo. Laura's Place was a perfect location for me. Easy to get in and out, clean, other tenants were point and friendly. Coin operated laundry was a nice added bonus too as I was traveling more after my stay there. Would definitely book again!

Emma came to our rescue after our original booking fell through. She got us right away after a very long trip. She was kind and also gave us discount which was a plus. Our 6weeks stay in KW area was great. She was extremely quick to respond to all our questions. I will definitely stay in Emma's place again. Very clean condo and quiet neighborhood. We stayed at Arturo’s place for five weeks, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The unit is newly renovated and absolutely beautiful. For anyone working remotely, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, even during daily video meetings. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the unit was by far the most fully equipped Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, which made a big difference during our extended visit. The location was ideal - close to the hospital, grocery stores, Rexall, and more. It’s in a lovely neighborhood that’s perfect for family walks. What made our stay even more special was that my family was able to rent the unit directly above us, also owned by Arturo, and it was just as stunning. Arturo was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to answer questions and help with anything we needed. We truly felt cared for and at home. We highly recommend Arturo and both of his units—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings, and it really felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It was a great place to stay. The location was convenient and just a short walk from Costco, T&T. Tim hormone and bus stop are right downstairs. Check in time is flexible. Parth is very nice and responsive. You can tell Parth has put a lot of effort into creating a great airbnb experience. Thanks for the graduation gift card and chocolate!

Our 2nd stay at The Laundry Rooms! We loved it. Clean, bright and great location. Love the 2 bed and 2 bath set up and the amenities were great. We will be back!!
