Washer / dryer onsite. 4 parking spots. PLEASE Note: my personal residence is in the basement, but I have a separate entrance and often leave when the house is booked.

Lakeshore North is a beautiful area of Waterloo. It is walking distance to Laurel Creek Conservation Area and a short drive to St. Jacobs Farmers Market. Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. The basement bedroom is large (18 feet X 12 feet) and normally very cool, but fans are available if necessary.
