This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

The restoration has a modern touch with tranquil decor. Our property is private and secluded. The ancient Beltany Stone Circle is 5 minutes walk away and the historic village of Raphoe 2kms away making this the ideal location from which to explore the magic of ‘Donegal’

Set in 20 acres of private land, Joe's Cottage is a traditional Irish cottage located in Cloghan, in the heart of County Donegal. Carefully restored in 2015, the cottage’s interior is decorated in a ‘modern cottage’ style, whilst retaining a traditional feel. Sleeps maximum 4 adults - 2 double beds but a camp bed may be added if there are 3 children. Note that while there is a 4 ringed cooker and a microwave there is no conventional oven.
