Cozy guesthouse in a lush and lovely residential area. Natural areas with forest, sea and lakes around the corner - and very good transport links to Stockholm city. Living room, double bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, separate bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. The kitchen is small, but efficient and well designed. The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, buses run every few minutes to Stockholm city. The journey takes 15-20 minutes. Two adults with a younger child can sleep comfortably.

Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

Train takes 18 minutes to Slussen and bus 7-20 minutes to the city, where you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer. At Nacka Strand, SL's shuttle boats leave for, among others, Djurgården and Nybroplan.

Own apartment in villa near swimming, nature and city

Warmly welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet area close to Stockholm. Walking distance is both lake and sea, nice nature, a good restaurant (The Old Smokehouse) and a grocery store. Good communications to Stockholm. The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes 20–30 minutes to get to and from Slussen. We are a Swedish-French family who also speaks german and english. On request it is also possible to order breakfast and to rent a bicycle.

Stay by the sea! Welcome to our unique house from the 19th century, located by the water, next to a nature reserve and only 9 kilometers to Stockholm! Large plot by the sea in beautiful Saltsjö-Duvnäs (Nacka). A very special house from 1898, which has been completely renovated. You can both swim and fish. It is ideal for families and couples who want a lot of space. Access to the whole house. It is located near the city, only ten minutes by car.

This was the best experience we have had with any rental anywhere. The area is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood of single-family homes, extremely close to a bus stop to go into the city or shopping. This home stood out from other rentals we have had. It was comfortable, functional and very clean, and I have really high standards and usually clean a rental myself upon checkin. Not necessary here. The home was stocked with everything we needed while not being at all cluttered. Therese met us at checkin to go over instructions for the home and to show us where everything was. She was friendly and truly wanted our family to enjoy her home. We were all adults, two couples and my single son and each had our own bathroom. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the perfect place to enjoy coffee, an afternoon drink or a meal. When returning to Nacka to visit family, this is my first choice in where to stay. Thank You Therese!!!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

A very cozy accommodation in a wonderful environment. A beautiful bathing lake was within a few minutes' walk. Stockholm is also easy to get to (bus, Uber/taxi or car). Everything was very clean and as shown in the photos. Johanna and Johan left you a lot of privacy and at the same time gave you the feeling that you could reach them at any time. We can only recommend the place!
