Tiny House in garden outside Ystad

Stay in a newly renovated villa carriage in a cozy garden in the countryside garden. Accommodates 2 adults and up to 3 children. In the living room there is TV, dining area and a small sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped so grilling, take away or simpler cooking is what applies. Dry toilet and cold water are located in the wagon. Outdoor shower outside in the garden as well as hot water shower are available in our basement. Access to cozy garden and parking. In the village there is a 24-hour grocery store. The newly renovated guest house in the stables is peaceful with beams and high ceilings. Bedroom with double bed and 2 cribs, sleeping loft with 3 beds and desk. In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed for 2. Windows and patio provide stunning views of surrounding fields. Patio with wooden deck just outside with lounge group and barbecue. The farm is at bike distance from the beach and central Ystad with restaurants, cozy cafes, museums, shopping, swimming houses and trains to Malmö, Copenhagen, Österlen.

Grandma's Cabin

Grandma's Cottage is a quiet green oasis to be enjoyed by family and friends! The house is located in a forest clearing next to the Svarteån river that winds down to Lake Skönadalssjön. After that, it flows further into the sea by Svarte. On Svarte's sandy beach you find a pier and a Beach Café where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a yummy ice cream or a lovely dinner at sunset. The cottage is located near Österlen where there is much to discover, for example Ystad Djurpark and Ales Stenar.

Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Cozy cottage with a sheltered garden in lovely Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and with 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach where you will enjoy a fantastic view of the hills of Hammars and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
