Tiny House in garden outside Ystad

Stay in a newly renovated villa carriage in a cozy garden in the countryside garden. Accommodates 2 adults and up to 3 children. In the living room there is TV, dining area and a small sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped so grilling, take away or simpler cooking is what applies. Dry toilet and cold water are located in the wagon. Outdoor shower outside in the garden as well as hot water shower are available in our basement. Access to cozy garden and parking. In the village there is a 24-hour grocery store. You'll have easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and fridge. Heated floors throughout. Coffee and tea are available and can be easily fixed with the kettle. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is the possibility of making the sofa into a bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the bathroom cabinet.

Newly renovated small cozy street house on Stallgatan 12B dating back to the 18th century in a quiet location, only a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. The ground floor offers a living room and kitchen. On the second floor is a bathroom and double bedroom. On the lower floor, there is sleeping accommodation for an additional 2 people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and to the beach you walk in about 10 minutes.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The apartment is on 2 floors, where you sleep well in comfortable beds upstairs. Or you can hang out with the family or your partner in the large kitchen on the ground floor, where the exit to the private balcony is also located.
