Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Seaside cottage with magnificent views

Here you live with great ocean view near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely terrace or take a short walk down to the dock for a swim. Proximity to central to Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the immediate area there are many nice excursion destinations. You can get to Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän quickly and easily.

Cosy seaside cottage

Peace and quiet by the sea where the road ends. A few minutes from the house there is both forest, beach, jetties and cliffs, for salty swimming, crab fishing and forest walks. Stora Askerön is close to Orust, Tjörn and other excursions. The house is decorated with light colors, room for 4+1 people. There is a kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (2 beds), sleeping loft (2 beds + 1 X-bed), bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated (2023). Sea view, south-facing. Private patio, barbecue. No smoking or pets.

Tjörn, Höviksnäs

Stuga med upp till 5 sovplatser. Loft med dubbelsäng och en extramadrasser. Allrum med dagbädd för 2 personer och fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och matplats, tvättmaskin, badrum och bastu. Samt uteplats med grill. 800 m till havsbad med hopptorn, strand och klippor. 400 m till hamn och ca 800 m till bensinmack med Ica Nära. 50 m till busshållplats, linje 335 mot Stenungsund. Laddning av elbil och hyra av kayaker erbjuds mot extra avgift vid förfrågan. Parkering möjligt för upp till 4 bilar.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. House on Stora Askerön

Experience Bohuslän starting from beautiful Stora Askerön. Close to Tjörn, Orust and lots of other excursions. Here you will find tranquility and a wonderful nature. Everything from salty baths from jetties or beach a few minutes walk from the house, to wonderful walks in fantastic forest where paths start just behind the corner. Our house is decorated with new fresh furniture (2021). New from September 2024 is that the hot tub can be used (available on the terrace).

The cottage Exception - where the sea & forest meet

In this west coast cottage you will find all the comforts to be able to live without feeling that you are missing anything - either in the kitchen or in the bathroom. When you enter, you are greeted by bright colors with a mixture of marine and natural. On our island you will find old oak forest on the south side and deep spruce forest in the north. There is a well-built bathing area as well as solitary cliffs.

Lyckebo

Relax in this unique and quiet home with ocean view and close to beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) is built in 2020 and has the option to accommodate 2 people. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities at Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city about 15 minutes by car.
