Pott's Getaway was better than advertised. The home is well kept and you can tell is managed by people who really care. Cokedale is quiet and peaceful and truly a hidden gem.

This A-Frame 3 was Great All the way Around! If you have a bigger Family or Group Or Older adults and Young adults that can handle themselves you should really try and rent A frame 2 and 3 together this let's you share parking share front steps and #2 can use #3 hot tub the space inside is warm an cozy not to big not to small Location is Perfect couldn't get any closer to The Face watch skiers from the Hot tub from inside by the fireplace and even upstairs laying in your bed!! If you have kids Old enough to let loose you know let them come an go as they need, This Spot Will not be Beat in Red River!! Get the A Frame 3 it has Hot Tub!! Oh yeah this Stood out to me and Most people don't mention on Reviews the Hot Water was Hot stayed hott with 4 adults running water the Pressure is Up to Par way better than you would imagine for the cabin and Winter climate ....Slopes are Lovely Get on the Blue Runs much Nicer than Green For real!... Enjoy This A-FRAME3 Red River Get away I know we will Definitely be Back this Time with Teenagers lol!!! PS you should Snowmobile to the Greenie Peak Almost 12.000 ft Elevation its the 3 hr loop tour Way Fun!! rent thru diner to the right. Peace Love and Texas!!

This place is super peaceful. Our cabin had a steam shower & sauna, this was so nice to have as this was a work trip. Bed was very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this place for a get out of the city & recharge getaway! Beautiful area. Thanks for hosting us Vivian.

Vivian was a wonderful host! She was friendly and her hospitality was beyond compare. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking for a respite away from the hustle of every day life. The woods behind the cabin were fun to explore and extremely peaceful. Great place to stay wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Hot tub worked great and was clean, washers and dryers came in super handy, parking was perfect as well. Location was great as we were only 4 minutes from the slopes/downtown.

This place was perfect for our family. It was in a beautiful and quiet area. Everyone had plenty of space. Kitchen is great for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Would definately stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin again. Needed to get away and disconnect for a while and this is the place to go. Place looked great, was clean, and exactly as I remembered. Saw a few deer and lots of birds. Went on hikes walks around the roads here as well to connect with nature again. Loved it and can’t wait to hopefully stay again!

Great place, great hosts, and great location for visiting the sand dunes! Cute cabin just outside "downtown" Fort Garland. Well appointed for us with convenient access to Great Sand Dunes National Park, Alamosa CO which does have a few more restaurants, and the Sand Dunes Recreation hot spring pool and greenhouse. Let me tell you, the pool was a highlight even considering how incredible sledding down the sand dunes was, and how beautiful the property and views where the cabin is set. If you're on the fence for some reason, just book it! You won't be disappointed. If you plan to sled the dunes, rent local and don't bring something in my from Walmart. Heed the rental CO's instructions, especially on waxing, for the best and fastest ride. We loved everything so much more than we even expected to and we'll be looking to come back in the fall and either stay here again or in one of this host's other places.

This home and property is absolutely stunning. The whole family had a wonderful time. Beautiful views. Perfect house for our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cindy’s cabin. She was so sweet and when she saw we had an infant she reached out to let us know she would provide a pack and play and high chair. We were able to walk to the Copper Chair lift in our ski books no problem! We’ll definitely be back!

Place was awesome! Jarad was very hospitable & helpful. Glad he was able to accommodate us with our fur babies as we had an rv breakdown & it makes having to get accommodation for fur babies that make them feel uncomfortable comfortable. We left there feeling homesick. ** other than the sulfur smell in water. It’s manageable.

A little slice of heaven couldn't be more accurate. This cabin was practically out of a dream for our big family to stay in and enjoy ourselves. I've never had such a well equipped kitchen at an air BNB and the house was equally as hospitable. Erin was also gracious enough to give us a late check out since we had a baby with us and we were trying to line up nap time.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Edwards cabin. Beautiful location and right across the street from their little down of Cuchara. Edward was very responsive and friendly. Ee got some good fishing in just down the way from the cabin and got to stop in the little town of La Veda. You will get some creepy crawlers as it is truly an old cabin, but doesn't bother us any, had a truly great time. Would visit again!

This is one of the coolest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed at! If you’re looking for a private escape, you can’t go wrong with this place. It’s well-appointed, clean, an absolutely beautiful cabin, and the ranch it sits on is breathtaking! The host couldn’t have done a better job of making sure we had everything we needed. The road up to the cabin is narrow, steep, and rocky, but I wouldn’t hesitate to tackle it with any AWD or even just a FWD with a little ground clearance. Stay here. You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin - the view of the river was gorgeous! With it being the winter off season - it was super quiet around the property! The house had everything we needed for our stay with a toddler - she had her own room to play and stay. The radiant floors were a nice touch - it kept the cold out and there was no drafty floor feel. We can’t wait to come stay during the summer!

The cabin was exactly what we needed and the surroundings were so pretty. The host, Vivian, really outdid herself. She was super responsive, kind and took care of us like we were family. She prepared meals for us that were delicious, and this gesture was more than we ever could have imagined. All around, great experience!

Quiet and peaceful setting. Nice clean house, felt at home. Horses and a giant mule came to visit. We will be coming back.

We stay in vacation rentals several times a year and this one was one of our absolute favorites. The cabin is in a beautiful and in peaceful location. It cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything that you could ever need. This cabin will be our first choice when visiting the area in the future. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin! It’s super family-friendly and perfectly located close to the town and ski lift making it easy to explore the area. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen for cooking and a grill for outdoor meals. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience for our stay. The peaceful surroundings and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Red River!

Corinne was available to walk us through the home this was very helpful as we got in late. The beds were very comfortable, there was lots of space to stretch out. Well stocked kitchen. The entire home was very well taken care of and super clean. Will definitely stay again on our next golf trip. Highly recommended!
